AIIMS Announces Reporting Schedule For NEET SS Allotted Candidates Of 1st Round For January 2024 Session
Nagpur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Nagpur) has announced the reporting schedule for NEET SS allotted candidates of 1st round for the January 2024 session.
The reporting process has already begun. The last date to report is 18.12.2023. The process will be carried out for 5 days.
Detailed schedule –
1. 14.12.2023 – 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
2. 15.12.2023 – 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
3. 16.12.2023 – 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
4. 17.12.2023 – holiday
5. 18.12.2023 – 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
All students who have exercised option 1 (i.e., retaining their seat at AIIMS Nagpur) should get DD of Rs.3375/- (Three thousand three hundred seventy-five rupees only) in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur" payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.
Original documents, along with one set of self-attested photocopies to be submitted while reporting, are as follows -
1. Offer letter
2. Allocation Slip
3. Registration slip
4. Admit card issued by AIIMS Delhi
5. Mark sheets of MBBS 1st ,2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations
6. MBBS Degree certificate
7. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council
8. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)
9. MD/MS Passing (degree/provisional) certificate
10. Mark Sheet of MD/MS
11. MD/MS Tenure /course completion certificate with date of completion
The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable -
SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.
OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates as prescribed, should be in English or Hindi language. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission to Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS Certified shall be as follows -
1. The date of issue of the certificate for OBC (NCL) candidates should not be earlier than 1 year from the last date of submission of Completion of Application, which is 11.10.2023, i.e. should be issued between 10.10.2022 to 11.10.2023 (both dates inclusive).
2. The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2023-2024 and issued on or after 01.04.2023 85 on or before the date of application 11.10.2023 based on the income of the year 2022-2023.
