AIIMS Delhi Announces 3rd round Result For Online Insititute Allocation For INI SS January 2023 Session

Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has announced the results of the 3rd round of online institute allocation for AIIMS New Delhi & other AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST for DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Administration) courses for INI -SS January-2023 Session.

As per AIIMS, this list includes all eligible candidates for the 3rd round of online institute allocation, as mentioned in the information brochure. This online Institute allocation list is provisional subject to the eligibility & other conditions as mentioned in the prospectus/notices published on the website.

Candidates who did not participate in any round of online institute allocation are eligible for the spot round of institute allocation (if any) at their respective INI as per the applicable merit list. Those who have been allotted an institute in the 3rd round of institute allocation are required to mandatory report & join at the respective allocated institute directly within the stipulated period.

The following processes have to be followed by the candidates who have been allotted institute against their course/subject in the 3rd round of online institute allocation –

All candidates who have been allotted an institute in the 3rd round of online institute allocation or have not upgraded an institute allotted in 2nd round of allocation are required to login through the online Institute allocation portal, accept the allotted Seat, and report at the allotted institute by 28.01.2023 (up to 5.00 pm).


Suppose the candidates who have been allocated the institute in the 3rd round of online institute allocation do not respond in any of the above manners. In that case, their institute allocation will stand canceled, and they will become ineligible for admission in DM/M.Ch/MD (Hosp. Administration) courses at the allotted institute.

The candidates note that the claim to the allotted institute by candidates is subject to verification of original documents for eligibility as applicable and identity verification of the candidate. If the candidates fail to submit all required certificates (original or photocopies with DD), their candidature will stand canceled.

List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original/DD (Three lahks) along with one set of a self-attested photocopy –

1. Offer Letter

2. Institute allocation letter

3. Final Registration Slip

4. Admit Card issued by AIIMS.

5. 10th passing/ Birth Certificate showing their date of birth.

6. MBBS degree & all years' mark sheet

7. MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate.

8. OBC/SC/ST/EWS or Ex-Serviceman certificate if the candidates have taken any age relaxation.

The following is the date of issuing of certificates -

1. OBC (NCL) - 18.10.2021 to 17.10.2022 (Both Dates inclusive)

2. EWS - 01.04.2022 to 17.10.2022 (Both Dates inclusive)

3. SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/PWBD - Certificate should be issued before 17.10.2022

Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus. A certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted, and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The name, designation, and the officer's seal should be legible on the certificate.

The allocated institute of candidates who fail to produce a valid certificate of PWBD category will be forfeited. The candidates will be permitted to participate in the further round under their respective constitutional categories subject to conditions applicable to respective merit lists.

Further, candidates who have been allotted an institute in the 3rd round of institute allocation must deposit a certificate / DD to the Nodal officer/official at respective INIs as given below. For those who wish to deposit DD, the DD should be only in favor of AIIMS Main Grant, payable at Delhi.

General rules adopted for 3rd round of online institute allocation –

1. The candidates have been allocated an institute as per their best choice filled subject to merit in AML/ CML as applicable, as available at that rank for the 3rd round.

2. Any vacant seat after the 3rd round or otherwise as per rules applicable at respective INI shall be filled by respective INI using the applicable merit list under the spot round. Respective INI will publish dates for the spot round before the closing date of admission as applicable.
