AACCC Extends Reporting Time For Special Mop-Up Round For UG Counselling
Delhi: The reporting period of the special mop–up round has been extended till 6:00 pm on 25.1.2023 for UG counselling process. Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has announced this through a written notice.
Given various representations from candidates, the AACCC, M/o Ayush, has decided to extend the reporting time for the candidates selected. As per the previous announcement made, the last date to report was 23.1.2023. Now 2 more days of extension have been granted to the candidates. The reporting process started on 19.1.2023 at 2:00 pm.
Further, candidates who have been allotted/upgraded seats (from R-1, R-2 & R-3) in the special mop-up round must take admission on their allotted/upgraded seats. Suppose they do not join the allotted/upgraded seats. In that case, their security money will be forfeited, and they will become ineligible for further AYUSH-UG counseling (Central/State/UT/Central Pool Quota).
There is no free exit in the special mop-up round of AACCC-UG counseling. There will not be any upgradation from the special mop-up round to a stray vacancy round. Candidates whose seats have been upgraded from R-1/R-2/R-3 to a special mop-up round will have to generate the online relieving letter from the previously joined institute and physically report to the allotted institute of a special mop-up round within the stipulated time.
The following allotment process was followed –
1. Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in Rounds 1, 2 & 3 need not be registered again).
2. Payment of Counseling Fee includes non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money. (No Need to pay by those candidates who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for Rounds 1, 2 & 3).
3. Eligible Candidates can submit Choices of Freshly added AIQ-UG seats.
4. Upgradation from Rounds 1, 2 & 3 is available.
5. Publication of Seat allotment list (Publication of Result).
6. Physical Reporting to the allotted college.
