AIIMS Delhi Announces Results of Open Round Seat Allocation For MD, MS, MCh, DM, MDS Courses Of INI CET January 2023 Session

Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has announced the result of an open round of seat allocation for MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS, January 2023 Session (INI-CET).

The results include Roll No, Over All Rank, Category, PWBD, Allotted Subject/Specialty, Allotted Institute, and Category/Roster Point of Allocated Seat. To view the result, click on the link below –

This list includes only those candidates eligible for seat allocation for the open round of seat allocation as per the information brochure for the open round of seat allocation dated 11.01.2023. It has been allocated seats per merit, choices made, and seat availability. For the open seat allocation round, the seat allocation order was based on the original merit list and applicable category.

Procedure to be followed by candidates who have been allocated a seat in the open round of seat allocation –

All the candidates who have been allocated a seat in the open round of seat allocation are required to visit the website and actively exercise the following options by 9th February 2023 up to 5:00 pm and report to the concerned allocated institute by 9th February 2023 up to 5:00 pm with the original documents as described below.

Option A - ACCEPT allotted seat. Failure to accept the allocated seat will lead to cancellation of the assigned seat.

Those candidates who have been allocated a seat in the open round of seat allocation but do not actively choose Option: A, i.e. accept the offer by 9th February 2023 up to 5:00 pm and complete the necessary formalities by 5.00 pm 9th February 2023 such candidates will be deemed to have declined/refused the offer and all rights to any allocated seats shall be treated as forfeited.

If the candidates fail to submit the required certificates, their candidature will be cancelled; the seat will be vacated. Failure to report and join by above mentioned date will lead to forfeiture of Rs.3 Lakh deposited and imposition of penalty and other forfeiture as per the information brochure for the open round of seat allocation.

The following is the list of documents/certificates that are required to be deposited in original, along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates –

1. Offer Letter (From MyPage after logging in)

2. Seat allocation Slip (take a print after online acceptance of the allocated Seat

3. Final Registration Slip (From MyPage after logging in)

4. Admit Card issued by AIIMS (From MyPage after logging in)

5. Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations

6. MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate

7. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate will be completing the internship by 31st January 2023

8. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council

9. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)

The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable –

1. SC/ST: Original Certificates issued by the competent authority

2. OBC/EWS: Original Certificates issued by the competent authority and issued within the dates mentioned below should be in English or Hindi. The community should be mentioned in the certificate. OBC(NCL)/EWS certificate should be same as provided to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi within in due dates

3. Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus

4. All PWBD Candidates allotted the seat are required to report along with the Original PWBD certificate on 06- 02-2023 (10:00 am) at Registrar's Office, Academic Section, AIIMS, New Delhi for verification of Disability certificate by the Medical Board. To report under the Open round of seat allocation, all PWBD Candidates found eligible after verification of disability certificate are required to submit all certificates in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificate

5. Any other certificate in respect of candidature as per prospectus INI-CET Part-B of the respective institute as applicable

6. the competent authority should issue OBC Certificate for central Govt. jobs/for admission to Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC Certificates applicable only to respective State Governments shall not be acceptable. OBC certificate must be in the Central Govt. Format as prescribed in the prospectus. OBC Candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer

Valid dates of issuance of certificates –

1. Eligibility criteria and date of validity of certificates remain the same as published earlier, and the closing date of the application form shall be treated as 25.10.2022

2. The OBC (NCL) certificates should have been issued between 12.10.2021 to 13.11.2022 (Both dates inclusive) inclusive)

3. The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2022-2023 and issued between 01.04.2022 to 13.11.2022 (on or before the Exam date), both dates inclusive, based on the income of the year 2021-2022. The allocated PG Course/Subject of candidates who fail to produce valid certificates of respective constitutional categories [OBC (NCL), SC/ST/EWS] will be forfeited, and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further rounds under UR category subject to conditions applicable to UR merit list

Candidates must note that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted, and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The officer's name, designation and seal should be legible on the certificate.
