AIIMS INI CET July 2022 Round 2 counselling results declared, details

New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has announced the results of 2 Round of Seat Allocation MD/MS/MCh/DM/MDS, July 2022 Session (INI-CET).

The results have been released for AIIMS New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh, Bibinagar, Bathinda, Deoghar, Mangalagiri, JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS Bengaluru, & PGIMER Chandigarh and is based on online choices exercised from 11:00 am 5th August 2022 to 5:00 pm 7th August 2022 by the provisionally eligible candidates.

The result consists of Roll No., Overall Rank, Category, PWBD, Subject/Specialty, Allocated Institute, and Category of Allocated Seat. As per AIIMS, this list includes all the candidates eligible for the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation irrespective of their status of participation in the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) allocation for the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation.

The candidates note that for the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation, the order of seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) Allocation was based on merit order used for the 1st Round (including institutional preference seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) & Institute (INST) stands for candidates who has studied and obtained their MBBS Degree from JIPMER. The word Institute does not apply to any other Medical Institution for benefit against statutory reservations.

In case a candidate who had chosen Option 2 after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation gets a better choice of Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty), the released Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) has been offered to the next (remaining) eligible candidates as per merit order used for the 1st Round of Seat Allocation).

The Seat Allocation for the 2nd Round has been done on the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) left vacant due to non-action by the candidate in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation.

This list does not include -

1. All those candidates who did not participate in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation.

2. All those candidates who were Allocated Seats (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation but did not choose any Option online (No Action Taken) by 20th August 2022, 5.00 pm.

3. All those candidates who were Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation and chose option 1 or 2 but did not complete the necessary formalities mentioned in the result of the 1stRound of Seat Allocation by 20th August 2022, 5.00 pm.

Procedure to be followed by candidates who have been allocated Seat (institute and subject/specialty) in the 2nd Round of seat allocation –

All the candidates who have been allocated a Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation are required to visit the website and actively exercise the following options by Wednesday, the 31st August 2022, up to 5:00 pm and report to the concerned allocated Institute by Wednesday, the 31st August 2022 up to 5.00 pm with the original documents/Demand Draft –

Option A. ACCEPT allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) Failure to accept the allocated Seat will lead to cancellation of the Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). Kindly read the details carefully.

Instruction for Option A is as follows - 

1. Option A: If the Option of ACCEPT allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) is selected, then the candidate will have to go to the Allocated Institute before 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August 2022, with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report to the allocated institute for depositing original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all the certificate OR self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi. The DD will be refunded/returned when all original certificates have been deposited within five days.

2. If original documents at the time of joining have not been submitted, then the original documents should be submitted within 5 days of taking admission; otherwise, admission will be treated as canceled, and the deposited DD of Rs. 3 Lakh will be forfeited.

3. The candidates whose Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round is at the same institute where they have deposited Documents after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation must also follow the procedure mentioned above.

4. The candidates whose allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round is at the different institute where they deposited Documents after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation; such candidates must go to the institute allocated in the 2nd Round. Their documents will be transferred internally.

The following action will be taken in case a candidate accepts the allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) (Option A) in the 2nd Round but does not report to the allotted institute by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August 2022 to complete the necessary formalities –

1. In case a Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) has not been allocated in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. Still, the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) allocated in the 2nd Round shall be vacated without any further communication. Such candidates shall not be eligible for the subsequent Round (If any) except the open/spot round of seat allocation.

2. In case a Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) has been allocated in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. The candidate has accepted the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) and wishes to participate in the 2nd Round (Option 2), and has already submitted a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs, the deposited DD of Rs. 3 Lakh shall be forfeited and Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) allocated shall be vacated. Such candidates shall not be eligible for the subsequent rounds (If any) except open/spot rounds of seat allocation.

3. In case a Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) has been allocated in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. The candidate has accepted the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty), wishes to participate in the 2nd Round (Option 2), and has already submitted original documents. Same can be collected after payment of Rs 3 lakhs only through DD of Rs. 3 Lakh only in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi from the institute where the certificates were deposited after rectification of fund transfer. The Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) shall be vacated. Such candidates shall not be eligible for the subsequent rounds (If any) except open/spot rounds of seat allocation.

It is mandatory for all candidates who have been Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2ndRound to login and exercise the options as mentioned above by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, 31st August 2022.

Details related to groups - 

Group I - Candidates who had chosen option 2 in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. There are two outcomes for them -

1. Group I A - Candidates who have been allotted the same Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round as they had been allotted in the 1st Round

2. Group I B - Candidates who have been allotted a higher/better choice seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round as compared to the 1st Round.

Group II - Candidates who were not allocated seats (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round but now have been allotted seats (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation.

Instructions for candidates belonging to Group IA –

Option A - ACCEPT allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). The candidate will have to go to the allotted institute with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report in person to the allotted institute by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August 2022. In case the candidate had submitted self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. The candidate must deposit the original certificates at the reporting time. The demand draft will be refunded if the original certificates are deposited by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August, 2022.

Instructions for candidates belonging to Group IB –

Option A - ACCEPT allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). The candidate will have to go to the allotted institute with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after logging in at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report in person to the allotted institute by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August 2022. The certificates will be transferred internally within the respective institute. In case the candidate had submitted self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. The candidate must deposit all the original certificates at the reporting time. The demand draft will be refunded if the original certificates are deposited by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August, 2022.

Instructions for candidates belonging to Group II –

1. Option A - ACCEPT Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). The candidate must report to the allocated institute in the 2nd Round within the dates mentioned in the Important Dates Link.

2. The candidate will have to go to the allocated institute by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August 2022, with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report in person to the allotted institute for depositing original certificates OR submit self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi. The DD will be refunded/returned when all original certificates have been deposited within five days.

3. If original certificates are not deposited at the time of reporting, these will have to be submitted in person within 5 days of reporting, otherwise allocated Seat shall be canceled (Institute and Subject/Specialty), and deposited money will be forfeited.

4. In the event of a candidate who has exercised this option but does not report by 5.00 pm on Wednesday, the 31st August 2022, the Seat Allocated will be canceled. Such candidates shall not be eligible for the subsequent rounds (If any) except the open/spot round of seat allocation.

Instructions for candidates belonging to Group III (Candidates who were not Allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round and 2nd Round Both) – All the candidates who had participated in the 2nd Round and were not allocated any seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) will automatically be eligible for the subsequent rounds (If any) and any open/spot round of seat allocation.

Those candidates who have been allocated a Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation but DO NOT actively choose Option: A, i.e., accepts the offer by the 31st August 2022 upto 5:00 pm and complete the necessary formalities by 5.00 pm. Wednesday, 31st August 2022, such candidates shall be deemed to have declined/refused the offer. Accordingly, the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) shall be declared vacant for Further/Spot Round of Seat Allocation. This applied to all groups of candidates, i.e., upgrading/retaining last allocation/new allocation.

The claim to allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) by candidates is subject to verification of the documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature. If a candidate fails to submit required certificates (original or photocopies with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi.) their candidature will be cancelled, the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) will be vacated.

Documents to be submitted –

1. Offer Letter (From MyPage after logging in)

2. Seat allocation Slip (take a print after online acceptance of the allocated Seat (Institute- subject/specialty)

3. Final Registration Slip (From MyPage after logging in)

4. Admit Card issued by AIIMS (From MyPage after logging in)

5. Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Professional Examinations.

6. MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.

7. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate will be completing the internship by 31st July 2022.

8. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council.

9. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)

The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable -

1. SC/ST: Original Certificates issued by the competent authority.

2. OBC/EWS: Original Certificates issued by the competent authority and issued within the dates mentioned below should be in English or Hindi. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC(NCL)/EWS certificate should be the same as provided to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi, within due dates.

All PWBD Candidates allotted the Seat are required to report along with the Original PWBD certificate on 30-08-2022 (10:00 am) at the Conference Hall, First Floor, Teaching Block, AIIMS, New Delhi, for verification of the Disability certificate by the Medical Board. In addition, to report under 1st Round of seat allocation, all PWBD Candidates found eligible after verification of disability certificate are required to submit all certificates in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates OR self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakh only in the name of the "Director AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at Delhi.
