The updates include the provisional merit list of in-service candidates, lists of non-service and in-service candidates found not eligible, and a record of candidates who paid registration fees but failed to upload documents.
The provisional merit list for in-service candidates was published after the verification of uploaded certificates. The list includes top scorers. The university advised that any grievances or discrepancies should be reported by 4:00 PM on November 10, 2025, through the candidates’ online login portal. Grievances submitted through other means will not be accepted.
All Grievances must be submitted by raising a ticket through the candidate's application login only. In case of multiple documents to be uploaded, candidates should scan them into a single PDF file and upload it. Grievances received/submitted in any other mode other than the above will not be considered/entertained. The Merit List may be revised if discrepancies or ineligibility are identified during subsequent verification processes.
The “Not Eligible List” for non-service candidates cites reasons such as missing 10-year residence certificates, incorrect documentation formats, or absence of proof of employment. The university emphasised that candidates must follow the exact document format prescribed in the prospectus and upload complete proof of residence and service records.
However, two in-service applicants were disqualified due to misclassification of their work areas. These candidates were excluded from the PG medical seat allocation process for 2025-26.
Moreover, a separate list highlights 47 candidates who paid the registration fee but failed to upload mandatory documents for verification. These candidates risk disqualification unless they submit the required documents before the grievance deadline.
