CPS admissions in Gujarat: Round 1 Choice Filling Process Begins, details

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the schedule for round 1 choice filling for CPS Diploma courses. The newly added merit list, newly registered DQ candidate list, and list of help centres have been released.

The candidates can carry out the choice filling up to 20/12/2023 03:00 pm. The choices will be displayed till 20/12/2023 up to 06:00 pm. They need to fill and lock their choices wisely because only once choice filling for all rounds will be considered throughout the entire admission process. i.e., once the choice filling is done at the beginning of the admission process, the same will be considered till the end of the admission process, and allotment will be given from that choice in all rounds.

Choice filling details -

Enter your USER ID (SR NO. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, Captcha & Click on the Submit button

Click on Choice details

Options are –

Available Choice: the candidate can see all available choices

Fill choice: to start choice filling process

Print filled choice: after locking choices, the candidates can take the printout of their choice list

Available Choice: the candidates can see all available choices

Please check annual fees and term fee

Click on fill choices to fill in the choices

Filter choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type and institute

Add choices, you can add an unlimited number of choices

The candidates can move and delete their choices according to their preference

The candidates can re-arrange their choices by serial number

Fill Choice: you can add choices from the left side panel to the right side

Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute

GQ: Government Quota/ MQ: Management Quota/ NQ: NRI quota

After save and exit the choices page, the candidates can review their choices

Click on modify choices to modify choices

After typing 14-digit PIN no., the candidates can lock their choices

The candidates must take printouts of their locked choices. Whenever any query arises, the committee will consider printouts of their locked choices only. They can again Unlock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices. If they fail to lock choices it will be automatically locked on the last day.

A total of 278 seats are vacant for the CPS Diploma.
