CPS Diploma Admissions: 47 Seats remain Vacant After Round 2 in Gujarat
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has released the vacancy list after round 2 of the CPS Diploma courses as per which 47 seats remain vacant after counselling process. The admitted list institution-wise has also been released.
Round 2 counselling was carried out on 5th July 2022. After this counselling schedule, DME has announced that the admission process for CPS Diploma courses for the academic year 2021-16 is completed at the Admissions Committee here. All the candidates and parents are informed that no change will be made in the admission of CPS Diploma courses, or the Admissions Committee will not cancel any admission.
However, after round 2 of counselling, the admission committee announced that 47 seats are still vacant. Diploma in Tuberculosis Diseases has 4 seats vacant, followed by Diploma in Child Health (DCH) and Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery (DOMS) with 3 seats each.

5. Diploma in Anesthesiology (DA)
6. Diploma in Tuberculosis Diseases
7. Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery (DOMS)
Till now, the admission committee has not announced further action related to these 47 vacant seats after round 2. The candidates must keep checking the DME website for further updates on these vacant seats.
DME has stated that 224 candidates have been admitted for CPS Diploma courses after round 2 of the counselling process. The highest number of candidates is admitted to DDV (122), followed by DCH (83).
