CPS Diploma Admissions In Gujarat: DME notifies on offline round for spot counselling, releases instructions for candidates

Gujarat : Through a recent notice, DME (Director of Medical Education) Gujarat has released Instructions for Offline Round for Spot admission in CPS Diploma Courses. the registrations for the counselling would begin today, as per the schedule released by the DME.

ACPPGMEC is going to organize Offline Round for Spot Admission in CPS Diploma Courses in Vacant seats for academic year (2021-22) at below mentioned Medical College.

• All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for CPS Counselling on website of admission committee. The admission committee shall allot the seats as on available vacancy.

• It is mandatory for all the candidates, who want to participate in the Offline Round for Admission in CPS Diploma Courses, have to remain present at above mentioned place along with all necessary original documents and required tuition fees.

• The candidate, who will remain absent at the date and time of counseling allotted to them, will have no right for admission. Authority Letter or Proxy will NOT be allowed for taking admission in offline counseling.

• The candidates will be called as per the merit rank and will be allotted the admission on vacant seats during counseling. If he is not willing to take admission in the offered seat, he can refuse the admission.

• The candidate, are required to bring following original documents at the time of counseling.

1. 10th Marksheet

2. 12th Marksheet

3. All year MBBS marksheets

4. 12 months internship completion certificate

5. Copy of NEET-PG-2021 Marksheet

6. Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship: School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate

7. Domicile Certificate (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only (in case of candidate born outside of Gujarat)

8. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

9. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha '4' in Gujarati/English) issued by

Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2019

10. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2019

11. Copy of Passport, if Citizenship is Dual / Foreign

• The candidate, without original documents and prescribed fees, will not be granted admission under any circumstances.

• The tuition fees of CPS Diploma Courses - 6 Lakh/Year in Merit Quota Seats and 12 to 18 Lakh/Year for Institutional Quota Seats in private institution.

• The Candidate has to pay Tuition Fees for one term (6 months) by Cash OR Demand Draft in favor of ACPPGMEC-CPS payable at Gandhinagar.

• The Candidates must have to pay Provisional Enrollment Fees and Cost of Electronic Paperless Devise (EPD) at the time of confirmation of admission immediately by 02 (TWO) SEPARATE DEMAND DRAFTS (DD) as per following details:

• The candidates are advised to bring specific arrangement of DDs only to pay tuition fees at the time of counselling. E.g., The maximum fee is Rs. 9,00,000 (9.00 lakh) (for one term – Six months). So, candidate can bring 3 Demand Drafts of Rs. 3,00,000 each based on your choice of college to secure admission in Merit Quota / Institutional Quota seats.

• The schedule of Offline Round for Admission in CPS Diploma Courses (with date, time and merit no.) will be displayed on the website (www.medadmgujarat.org).
