DME Gujarat Invites Fresh Online Applications For NEET PG, NEET MDS Admission

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has invited fresh applications for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission.

Important dates –

1. Online PIN purchase for online registration (website www.medadmgujarat.org – till 4th November 2022

2. Online Registration - till 4th November 2022

3. Document Verification and Submission of Photocopies of Documents at the Help Center - Will be Declared later on

The candidates can purchase PINs online and do online registration from the website www.medadmgujarat.org. Still, to complete the registration process, they must go to the Nearby Help Center with their required certificates and registration slip.

Candidates have already completed the registration process for the admission process for this academic year 2022-23. Still, they are disqualified only as per the previous cut-off for NEET PG (MD/MS/Diploma/CPS/MDS courses)-2022 and do not need to re-register. (2) Candidates eligible as per the previous cut-off for NEET PG (MD/MS/Diploma/CPS/MDS courses)-2022 will not be allowed to participate in this registration process.

Procedure for online registration –

1. PIN can be purchased online from www.medadmgujarat.org by paying Rs. 2000 (non-refundable).

2. All the admission activities described here can be performed within the stipulated time limit as declared by Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) and refer to the admission schedule declared by ACPPGMEC from time to time on www.medadmgujarat.org.

3. The candidates who have qualified for NEET-PG for the current academic year and are eligible as per admission rules of Gujarat State have to visit the website www.medadmgujarat.org from anywhere on the internet for Online Form Registration.

4. For online form registration, the Candidate must click "Medical, Dental, CPS diploma" under "Post Graduate Admission" A new window will appear on the computer screen.

5. Click the "Log-in for Post-Graduate Medical Admission" button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

6. Click on "Purchase PIN" to purchase an online PIN. A new window will appear on the computer screen. Read the instructions carefully before purchasing PIN online from the website.

7. Click "Candidate Registration/Login" to start the registration process. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

8. Click the "Click here for New Registration" button to register as a new candidate. By doing so, the New Registration window will be displayed on the computer screen.

9. Enter 'Serial number of the PIN," 14-digit PIN', 'E-mail Address,' 'Mobile No.', 'Roll No. (NEET Roll No.') and 'Captcha Image' in the appropriate box. Verify the details entered; if the detail entered is correct, click the "SUBMIT" button. Then, the "Online Registration Form" window will be displayed on the computer screen.

10. The Candidate must fill up personal details in the format displayed in the "Online Registration Form." Then, the candidate's 'Serial number of PIN' will appear as LOGIN/USER ID. After that, the Candidate must enter a password using at least 6 12 alphanumeric characters. Then, re-enter the same password in the space marked as "Confirm Password." For future login, the Candidate has to use the same Login ID, PIN and password only. So, the Candidate has to remember the password for subsequent login.

11. Verify the entries made and if every detail is correct, then choose the "I Agree" option at the bottom of the form if the declaration is acceptable. If the Candidate selects the "I Agree" option, he will be allowed to click the "SUBMIT" button. Registration will not be completed if any mandatory information is not filled in. In such cases, the incomplete fields will be highlighted by '*' with red color or a; a message will be displayed. Provide incomplete information and click the "SUBMIT" button. OTP will be generated and will be sent to your Registered Mobile.

12. Click on "Save Changes." A new window will appear on the computer screen. "Save Changes."

13. By doing so, "Registration Details" will be generated. If corrections are required, click the "EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION" button. The "Online Registration Form" will appear with already filled details which the Candidate can edit. After editing, the Candidate has to verify the details entered and if every detail is correct, click the "Confirm Registration Details" button. No changes to registration details will be allowed after this. Now, if any change is required will be done at the help center before verification.

14. Now, the date havemustoad documents per registration details as shown in the below screenshots according to category. Upload documents (readable photos) that are. PDF, JPG, JPEG or. PNG format only by clicking on "Choose file"> select the photo you what to upload > click on "Upload" button > Your document will be uploaded. You can delete the photo if you want to change the photo>click on the "Delete" button and repeat the same procedure to upload the correct photo. Choose and upload all documents as given in "Sr. No."

15. . Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at the Help Center. When printing the Registration Slip, candidates can select the Date and Help Center for Document Verification. The Candidate must submit "Registration Details" and all relevant original documents & self-attested photocopies at the appointed Help Center, compulsorily.

16. The Candidate can take print of the Registration Details after clicking "Re-Print Registration Slip." OR The Candidate can take print of the Registration Details after clicking "Registration Details" under the "REGISTRATION DETAILS" button. Finally, the Candidate can click the "Print Your Details" button to print the "Registration Details" page.

17. For registration confirmation at Help Center, all candidates must take print of the "Registration Details" (two copies). Self-attested copies of all relevant documents (as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Details) should be attached to the Registration Details. Both candidates and the parent/guardians of the Candidate must sign the Registration Details at the space provided compulsorily. In the case of candidates of SC/SEBC/ST/EWS/PwD category, the candidates must submit 02 copies of the caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate and school leaving certificate/transfer certificate of each.

18. The officer at the Help Center will verify the Registration Details and self-attested photocopies of relevant documents with originals. The officer will retain the Registration Slip and set of self-attested documents and issue the Registration Slip with signature and seal toCandidateidate. All candidates must verify all Original Documents at Help Center and obtain a Registration Slip; without a candidate, the date shall not be eligible for further admission.

Provisional Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed internship ship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical/ Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)

5. Document showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

6. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

7. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' 4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2020

8. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by

Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2020 - 

1. For PwD Candidates: Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority

2. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign

3. 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)

4. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat (only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat)

Original document submission at help center -

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC

2. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees at Axis Bank

3. All year attempt-wise MBBS / BDS mark sheets

4. Internship completion certification or before 31/07/2022

5. Copy of NEET-PG Marksheet of the current academic year

6. Provisional Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed internship ship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)

Instructions for NRI category students –

1. PIN can be purchased online from the website: http://medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx, paying Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable).

2. Candidates themself can do online registration by visiting the website of the admission committee http://medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx.

3. Candidateidate applying for NRI Quota confirm registration by document verification and submission only at the Office of ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.

4. Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Verification and Submission of Xerox copies of Documents at the Help Center. Candidate can select the Date for Document Verification when printing the Registration Slip.

5. After online application, they have to submit a Demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- payable to ACPUGMEC, Gandhinagar, as a processing fee at the Office of ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only.

6. Detail information about the admission process will be available on the website http://medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx. Please visit this website frequently for updated information from the admission committee.

7. No application for admission will be considered unless it is accompanied by notarized copies of the certificates and all necessary documents.

8. Any change in documents or the examination marks after application submission should be promptly reported to the Office of ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar, with an attested copy of the same. Candidateidate will be responsible for consequences if they fail to do so.

9. Admission to NRI quota seats at Medical Colleges will be finalized based on the merit list prescribed under the rules.

10. Students joining the admiCollegellege will be awarded a degree from the concerned University to whichCollegellege is affiliated.

Eligibility criteria -

1. A candidate shall be Non-Resident Indian, or Their parents or, in the absence of their parents, their legal guardian shall be Non-Resident India.

2. Candidateidate must compInternshipnship on or before 31st July 2022.

3. Candidateidate should have appeared in the current admission year's NEET-PG examination and been declared "Qualified."

1. Demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- payable to ACPUGMEC, Gandhinagar

2. Print-out out the Online Application

3. All year attempt-wise MBBS / BDS mark sheets

4. Marksheet of NEET-PG of the current admission year

5. School Leaving Certificate

6. Internship completion certificate on or before 31/07/2022

7. Provisional Registration of Gujarat Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India

8. Caste Certificate in Case of SC/ST/SEBC Candidate

9. Non-Creamy layer Certificate for SEBC Candidate, issued on or after 01-04-2020

Color photocopies of following all documents must be notarized - 

1. Passport (Notarized color photocopies of all pages including blank Pages) of NRI/NRI Parents

2. Visa / Resident permit / OCI / PIO card as applicable

3. Address proof (Indian and foreign)

4. Undertaking regarding the fees from NRI Student/Parent

5. Document/s for Proof of Origin (Citizenship Card/P.R. Card etc.)
