Haryana: Through a recent notice, the DMER Haryana has released the schedule for Admission to Vacant/Leftover MBBS/BDS seats in all Government/ Government Aided/ Private Unaided Medical/ Dental Institutes including those under Private Universities - SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram, PDM University Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar and Al Falah University Faridabad for the Academic Session 2020-21.

It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission to UG (MBBS/BDS) courses for the academic session 2020-21 and all other concerned that fresh registration for filling up vacant/left over seats for the academic session 2020-21 shall be held as per following schedule:-

Forwarding of list of students in order of Merit ten times the number of vacant seats to the Private Medical/Dental Colleges by the Counselling authority for filling up any stray vacancy.

Stray round for filling up up any vacant/left over sets in Government/Government aided Medical/Dental Colleges at Pt. BD Sharma UHS Rohtak

a. The candidates, who have already registered themselves for the First/Second Round/ Mop-up Round shall not be required to register again.

b. The candidates who have joined on the allotted seats in the All India Counselling/ any State Counselling shall not be eligible to participate.

c. The candidates shall have to bring all original documents and deposit requisite fee on the spot to the Chairman, Admission Committee at the time of Mop-up round/Stray Round failing which their candidature shall not be considered and seat will be offered to next candidate in merit. The fee can be deposited through NEFT/RTGS, Credit Card, Debit Card. Demand Draft in favour of Counselling and Admission on A/C for Department of Medical Education & Research (DMER) payable at Rohtak. The fee in all Institutions has already been notified in the Notification vide No. UHSR/Acad./A-11/2020/9527 dated 23.11.2020 (The same can be downloaded from University website i.e. www.uhsr.ac.in).

It is informed that aspiring candidates should regularly visit the website of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak www.uhsr.ac.in. and admission web-portal i.e. http://uhsrugcounselling.com and website of Medical Education and Research Department, Haryana i.e. www.dmerharyana.org for updates.
