Dr YSR University of Health Sciences Informs on NEET PG Special Stray Vacancy Round

Andhra Pradesh: Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences has informed the candidates about PG Medical special stray vacancy counseling for State Quota Seats in Government Medical Colleges 2022-23.

As per the notice, the candidates can exercise the web option till 9:00 pm on 11.1.2023 at https://pgcq.ntruhsadmissions.com/.

All the PG NEET-2022 eligible non-service candidates whose names are in the final merit position notified on the university website and not holding any seat either in All India Quota (or) State Quota are informed that, after stray vacancy conducted by Dr.YSR UHS, 39 seats are lying vacant. The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.

Instructions issued –

1. The candidates are informed to exercise the web options only for the unfilled seats and not reported seats after the stray vacancy round.

2. Eligible non-service candidates whose names are in the final merit position notified on the university website and who do not hold any seat in the All India Quota (or) State Quota are only eligible to exercise web options as per the above dates.

3. No fresh registration will take place in special stray vacancy counseling.

4. The earlier options exercised during earlier phases conducted by Dr.YSR UHS will become ‘Null & Void.’

5. All the unfilled seats for special stray vacancies are converted as unreserved open general seats.

6. Candidates who have already joined and continuing any seat anywhere are not eligible to exercise web options.

7. Candidates, if allotted any seat in this round, should compulsorily join the course. As such, they are advised to give options to the courses they are interested in joining to provide a chance for the next meritorious candidates.

8. If any candidate is allotted a seat in this round but has not joined will be recommended to the competent authority to be debarred from sitting in NEET PG-2023 Examinations.

9. Candidate can download the provisional allotment order on payment of the University fee of Rs.23600 through the payment gateway and report to the Principal of the allotted college immediately.

10. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

The Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences was inaugurated in the year 1986. The 1st chancellor of the university was the late N.T.Ramarao. The university offers various UG, PG, Super Speciality, and PhD. & PDF Courses in Modern Medicine, Dental Surgery, Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Para Medical Graduate Courses in its affiliated colleges. Professional statutory bodies, including the Medical Council of India, the Dental Council of India, the Central Council of Indian Medicine, the Central Council of Homoeopathy, and the Indian Nursing Council, recognize the degrees awarded by the university.
