JIPMER to hold INI CET Round 1 Counselling till June 27th, All details here
Puducherry- Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) is going to hold the Round 1 counselling for INI CET admissions till June 27th 2024. The institute recently released the information brochure regarding the first round of the admission process for MD, MS, MDS and Integrated (6-year) MCh courses for the July 2024 session and as per the information brochure, reporting for the admission process has already been started today i.e. June 24 and will be valid till June 27, 2024, at Mini Auditorium 4th Floor, JIPMER Academic Centre (JAC), JIPMER from 9 am to 11 am.
For registration, the candidates need to fill out the JIPMER e-form by clicking the link, which is mentioned in the brochure and bring a printout of the completed form on the day of reporting. The steps for registration in NDHM / ABDM (Health-Care Professional ID Registration are as follows-
STEP 1- Click the link to Register 'Professional Healthcare ID'. The link is mentioned in the information brochure.
STEP 2- Click on 'Create Your Healthcare Professional ID now'.
STEP 3- Click on 'I am a Healthcare Professional'.
STEP 4- Click on 'Generate via Aadhaar'.
STEP 5- Enter your Aadhaar Number.
STEP 6- Click on 'I agree' & Click on 'Submit'.
STEP 7- A 6-digit 'OTP' to your Aadhaar Aadhaar-registered mobile Number will be sent.
STEP 8- Enter the OTP and Click 'Login'.
STEP 9- After logging in, enter the Mobile Number.
STEP 10- A 6-digit 'OTP' on your mobile number will again be sent.
STEP 11- Enter OTP & Click on Login.
STEP 12- After logging in, create your 'User Name' & 'Password' (Password must be 8 characters, Upper case, lower case, Alphanumeric & Special character).
STEP 13- Select 'I am a Healthcare Professional'.
STEP 14- Select 'Modern Medicine'.
STEP 15- Enter your email address & Click on 'submit'.
STEP 16- After Submitting, you will get OTP on your email for verification, after verification, your Registration will be completed and you will receive a 14-digit Professional Healthcare ID number, take a printout of this page and submit the same at the time of document verification.
FOR CANDIDATES WHO CHOOSE OPTION 1
The Candidates should keep the documents in the order mentioned below and hand them over to the verification desk when required-
1 Offer letter (Download from INI-CET Website).
2 Seat Allocation Slip (Option exercise slip).
3 Final Registration Slip.
4 Downloaded Hall Ticket.
5 MBBS Degree / Provisional Certificate.
6 MBBS Mark Statement.
7 CRRI / Internship Completion Certificate (Internship should be completed on or before 31.07.2024).
8 Permanent /Valid Provisional Medical Registration Certificate of MBBS Course*.
9 Conduct / Character Certificate from the Institute last studied.
10 Transfer (or) Migration Certificate obtained from the Institute last studied #.
11 Date of Birth / S.S.L.C. Certificate showing the date of birth.
12 Residence Certificate/ Nativity Certificate /Aadhar/Passport/Driving License.
13 Caste Certificate (in respect of OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates - Format as prospectus Part – B) For OBC Candidates (Certificate to be issued between 20.05.2023 to 19.05.2024) For EWS Candidate (Certificate to be issued between 01.04.2024 to 19.05.2024)
14 Medical Certificate in case of Orthopedic Physically Challenged (OPH) candidates.
15 Photocopies of all Original Certificates.
16 JIPMER e-form / Student’s Verification Form.
17 Passport size color photo – 2 Nos. 18. Honor Code.
19 NDHM / ABDM (print copy) 20. ID Card Application.
21 Personal information slips for processing Stipend.
22 Biodata Proforma.
23 Agreement Document
FOR CANDIDATES WHO CHOOSE OPTION 2
Candidates should submit either the certificates mentioned in the prospectus as published on INI-CET official official website.
OR
A security deposit of Rs. 3,00,000/- as mentioned in the INI-CET result notification.
