Before carrying out the choice filling process, candidates are requested to go through the prospectus of KNRUHS and NIMS available on the website. There is no limit for choice filling. Candidates need to opt for seats and courses they are interested in joining. This can be done till 24th March 2022 till 2:00 pm through https://tspgmed.tsche.in.

In-service candidates can do choice filling for PG Degree seats and PG Diploma seats reserved for service candidates as per eligibility. Service quota seats are allotted first, and vacant seats are added to non-service seats and allotted to non-service candidates.

One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the candidates' registered mobile at the time of saving the choices filled. The password consists of 6 letter code with English capitals A to Z.

Candidates who were allotted seats as per their options in previous phases of counselling and who have not joined/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible for choice filling. In addition, candidates notified in the AQI PG medical courses admitted list by MCC are also not eligible.

KNRUHS has notified that the allotted candidates will have to pay a university fee of Rs.20600 online and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid university fees in previous phases need not pay again. The university fee, once paid, shall not be refunded. Tuition fee is to be paid at respective medical colleges. The tuition fee is payable as per Government of Telangana orders and interim orders of Hon'ble High Court of Telangana in WP.No.6799 of 2020.

The candidates need to report to the Principal of the respective college and join the course on or before the last date specified on the allotment letter. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the admission college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per university regulations.

On http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in, the candidates can check the details related to the seat matrix. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the existing Government orders and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders. Competent authority quota seats in minority medical colleges will be allotted to Muslim minority candidates only. Muslim minority candidates are also eligible for competent authority quota seats in other medical colleges.

If the candidate is allocated a seat as per their choices in this round, then the seat allotted of previous rounds will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidates. Therefore candidates should do choice filling carefully for re-allotment. However, if they are not interested in changing the PG seat into which they are admitted, they need not do a choice filling in this phase of counselling.

Candidates note who don't join or discontinue after joining on the seat allotted after the counselling process of this round will not be allowed for further rounds. University will notify the last date of free exit on the KNRUHS website. Admitted candidates cannot discontinue the course after the last date of free exit.
