Maha CET Cell releases Revised Schedule For Round 3 NEET PG, NEET MDS counselling, details

Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has announced the revised schedule for online registration and CAP Round - 3 for NEET PG and NEET MDS 2023 due to the lowering of the cut-off percentile.

Detailed schedule –

The last date to cancel the Round 2 seat with forfeiture of CAP application fees and security deposit and without penalty is 30-09-2023 up to 05.30 pm.

CAP Round 3 - 

The candidates can carry out online registration till 02-10-2023 up to 06.00 pm. The payment of registration fees (non refundablers.3000/-) and security deposit (as applicable) through the online payment gateway can be done till 02-10-2023 up to 11.59 pm.

The candidates need to upload all required colored scanned original documents in PDF after successful payment. The process can be carried out till 03-10-2023 up to 11.59 pm. The publication of the general list of registered candidates (Including In-service, NRI, PWD) will be done on 03-10-2023.

On 03-10-2023, the publication of the combined common provisional state merit list will be done. The grievance on the provisional merit list through the login of the candidate can be done till 04-10-2023 up to 05.30 pm. Publication of the Seat Matrix for CAP-3 will be done on 03-10-2023. Online preference/choice form filling process of eligible candidates for CAP- 3 can be carried out from 04-10-2023 to 05-10-2023 up to 11.59 pm. Declaration of Third Selection List (CAP-3) will be done on 07-10-2023. Physical joining with all original documents & requisite fees by DD/Cheque at the allotted college can be carried out from 08-10-2023 to 10-10-2023 up to 05.30 PM.

The candidate will be allowed to fill in preferences of Government/ Corporation/ Government Aided / Unaided Private and Minority Institutions depending upon the deposit amount the candidate has paid during registration. Candidates interested in participating in CAP Round - III must fill online preference form. The preferences filled during CAP Rounds - I & II will be null & void.

As per the MCC information brochure, candidates who joined All India Round 3 shall not be eligible for State counseling CAP Round 3. Candidates allotted a seat through State Counselling Round 3 will have to join the allotted seat, and they will not be eligible for any subsequent round(s).

Data of Joined candidates of CAP Round 3 will be shared with MCC for further process, and such candidates will not be eligible for any subsequent round(s) of any counseling. The filling of the status retention form is the choice of the candidate. However, the Status retention form, once filled, cannot be taken back. Hence, candidates should be careful while filling out the status retention form.

Fee payment through Cheque is allowed on Sundays and bank Holidays. However, they have to be replaced with DD immediately on the next working day. Candidates canceling admission after 30/09/2023 will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent round(s) of State Counselling. The prescribed date to cancel admission without penalty as per the Information Brochure will be published in due course.
