Maha CET Cell to Announce NEET PG 2024 CAP Round 1 Results on November 28, Reporting from November 29
Maharashtra- Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maha CET Cell) is soon going to announce the 1st selection list or CAP 1 of National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024. Meanwhile, the complete schedule for the upcoming rounds will also be announced in the coming days.
Maha CET Cell will announce the 1st selection list or CAP 1 of NEET PG 2024 on November 28, 2024. With this, the Filling of the Status Retention Form and physical joining along with all original documents and requisite fee by DD/Cheque/Online mode at the allotted college will be done from November 29 to December 3, 2024, till 5:30 PM. Therefore, CAP Round 2 will begin on December 16, 2024 and CAP Round 3 counselling will begin from January 3 and end on January 20, 2025.
To participate in Maharashtra NEET PG counselling, candidates need to submit the following documents-
1 NEET PG admit card, score/rank card, and result.
2 MBBS/BDS degree certificates, internship completion certificates, and mark sheets.
3 NMC-issued permanent or provisional registration certificate.
4 Valid ID proof, such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport.
SEAT ALLOTMENT
1 After the choices are locked, the authorities will conduct seat allotment based on factors like NEET PG rank, category, availability of seats, and the choices locked by the candidates.
2 If a candidate is allotted a seat in any of their preferred choices, they are then required to accept the allotted seat. If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotment or does not get any seat in the first round, they can participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling based on the availability of seats and their preferences.
Meanwhile, the Maha CET Cell has closed the NEET PG choice-filling window for the Round 1 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) on November 25, 2024. The application process for Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 has started on November 23, 2024. With this, the merit list, registered candidates and seat matrix have all been made public by CET Cell Maharashtra.
