MBBS Admissions 2023: BCECEB Releases Schedule For NEET Stray Vacancy Round, details

Bihar: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the schedule for the stray vacancy round of NEET UG courses.

Detailed schedule –

1. Last date of online registration-cum-choice filling for seat allotment and locking - 03.11.2023

2. Provisional seat allotment order publication - 05.11.2023

3. Downloading of allotment order - 05.11.2023 to 07.11.2023

4. Document Verification/Admission - 06.11.2023 to 07.11.2023

Rank Card of all eligible candidates who have filled their online registration form successfully and paid the registration fee as well as security deposit between 11.10.2023 to 13.10.2023 have been uploaded on the Board's website in the light of MCC'S revised schedule. Candidates are advised to download their Rank Card of UGMAC-2023 by clicking the link “Rank Card of Stray Vacancy Round Counselling of UGMAC-2023’’ by submitting their UGMAC ID and Date of Birth.

After downloading the rank card, candidates have to do a choice filling for online counselling. For online choice filling, all eligible candidates are required to click on the link ‘’Online Counselling Portal of UGMAC-2023.

All candidates who are eligible for Stray Vacancy Round Counselling have to do Fresh Registration-cum Choice Filling, as all previously filled Choices have become null and void.

Choice filling details -

For the choice filling, candidates are required to do the registration for password creation on the counselling portal.

Then, using their User ID & Password login in their account, candidates must fill in choices of Course and Institution / Colleges in order of preference.

Once choices are filled in, it can be modified before locking it. For this, the candidate has to click on the "Unlock Choices" button after authentication/verification of obtained OTP on their Registered Mobile no. and email and can modify their choices till the last date of choice locking.

During the choice locking period, it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of their submitted choices. If the candidate does not lock the choice submitted, their choice will be automatically locked on the notified date at the notified time. However, the candidate will be allowed to take a print of their choices after locking, but he/she will not be permitted to modify choices after locking.

Registration for choice filling, choice locking & unlocking process will be done through OTP authentication only, which will be sent on the Registered Mobile & email of the candidates and cannot be changed under any circumstances. The list of finally filled-in choices will be sent to candidates on their Registered email ID before the seat allotment result.

The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit-cum-choice basis. All eligible candidates are advised to log in to their account in the scheduled period of date & and time, view the provisionally allotted seat result and download their provisional allotment order.

The candidates who will be allotted in the stray vacancy round will be treated as admitted. If the candidate does not take admission to the allotted seat of the stray vacancy round, their security deposit amount will be forfeited, and the allotted data will be shared with MCC as per MCC's updated rules. Such candidates will not be eligible to participate in any further round of counselling.

List of original documents to be produced during document verification –

1. Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2023.

2. Rank Card of UGMAC-2023.

3. Print out of Choice Slip.

4. Downloaded print of Provisional Allotment Order in 3 copies

5. Passing Certificate / Marks Sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent Examination.

6. Passing Certificate / Marks Sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate Sc / equivalent Examination. vii. Certificate for Residence of Bihar duly issued by Concerned C.O. / Revenue Officer of permanent residence.

7. Caste Certificate duly issued by Concerned C.O. / Revenue Officer.

8. Six copies of the passport-size Photograph were pasted on the Admit Card NEET(UG)-2023.

9. Copy of Aadhar Card.

10. Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part-A & Part-B) UGMAC-2023.

11. The Check Slip 2 (two) copy as downloaded along with Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.

12. Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH) / EWS Certificate, etc. xiv. Any other required certificates in original as per the requirements of the Prospectus of UGMAC-2023.
