DNB Post Diploma mop-up round Counselling Begins, Detailed Schedule here
Delhi: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has begun the mop-up round of the online centralized merit-based counseling for admission to DNB Post Diploma courses for the 2023 admission session from today.
The candidates can log in and pay the 1st year course fee to participate in the mop-up round up to 6th November 2023. The choices can be filled from 1st November 2023 to 6th November 2023 (5:00 pm) for the final mop-up round. The processing of allotment will be done from 7th November 2023 to 8th November 2023. On 9th November 2023, the allotment result will be declared. The physical joining at the allotted hospital can be done from 9th November 2023 to 15th November 2023.
The candidates note that no new registrations are permitted for the final mop-up round. Candidates who do not join their allotted institute in the final mop-up round of counseling by the stipulated date, i.e., 15-11-2023, will lose their DNB Post Diploma seat & their 1st-year course fee shall be forfeited.
Eligibility –
Candidates who are already registered for the DNB-PDCET 2023 counseling and have not been offered any seat during the first, second, and third rounds of counseling will only be eligible for the final mop-up round of counseling.
Non-eligibility –
Candidates who have been allotted a DNB Post Diploma seat in any of these three rounds of counseling but have failed to join the allocated institute shall be ineligible for participation in the final mop-up round of counseling.

The candidates will have to with their credentials at the NBE website.
Payment of 1st-year course fee to participate in final mop-up round.

If the seat is allotted, then –
Seat FREEZED in favour of the candidate.
Download the Allotment letter and visit the allotted Hospital to Join the seat. The hospital will do the Verification of the Original Certificates of the candidate as per the prescribed documents list mentioned in the Post Diploma Handbook of counseling.
Documents verified, then joined.
Documents not verified exit from the counseling.
If the seat is not allotted –
Exit from the counseling and the 1st year course will be refunded after the counseling process is over.
