Maharashtra: The counselling process for MBBS admission this year in Maharashtra is yet to begin. The admissions are based on NEET UG. This year the exam was conducted on 7th May 2023 nationwide. The counselling process will begin in the state once the final results are declared for NEET.
Maha CET Cell is the counselling authority that conducts the counselling and admission process for MBBS admissions in Maharashtra. There are 4 rounds in the entire counselling process. The rounds include Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. In order to be eligible for the counselling process, the candidates should qualify in NEET UG and fulfil other eligibility conditions.
