MCC adds 2 MBBS Seats from MAMC In Round 3 NEET Counselling, Details
New Delhi : The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of DGHS has informed about the addition of 2 MBBS seats to the Round 3 NEET counselling of this academic year.
'It is to bring to your kind notice that 02 seats of CW Quota in Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi were earlier vacated in due compliance of court directions as passed by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in W.P(C) No. 10200/2023 & CM APPL. 39511/2023 in the matter of “Kumar Saurabh & Anr. vs Union of India & Ors.”,' the MCC notice said.
However, such 02 seats have now been added in the seat matrix of Round-3 of NEET(UG)-2023. Eligible CW candidates may opt for the said seats during choice filling for Round -3 of NEET(UG)-2023.The candidates are requested to keep in touch with the official website of MCC(www.mcc.nic.in) for any information, the MCC notice added.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allots seats online on the basis of the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
