MP DME Postpones NEET PG Round 2 Choice Filling

Madhya Pradesh- The Madhya Pradesh Director of Medical Education (MPDME) has postponed the choice filling and locking process for MP State National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2nd Round Counselling for the academic year 2024 for the time being.

This has been informed through a notice in which all the candidates who participated in the counselling have been informed that due to technical reasons the MP State NEET PG 2nd Round Counselling 2024 choice filling and locking has been postponed. The choice-filling process was scheduled to begin on January 23, 2025.

On this, MPDME will soon announce the new dates for MP State NEET PG 2nd Round Counselling 2024 Choice Filling and locking process. Therefore, candidates are instructed to stay in touch with the DME website and MP Online portal for further updates.

Meanwhile, MPDME has recently released the revised category and class-wise vacancies in Government and Private Medical Colleges for the MP State NEET PG (MD/MS Course) 2nd Round Counselling 2024.

As per the vacancies, a total of 1,180 seats are vacant in government and private medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh for NEET PG 2nd round Counselling 2024. Of these, a total of 439 seats are vacant in 13 government medical colleges and a total of 741 seats are vacant in 8 private medical colleges.

Moreover, in Government Medical Colleges. Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore has the highest number of remaining seats 94 and Gwalior Mansik Arogyshala, Gwalior has the lowest number of remaining seats 2.

For Private Medical Colleges, Shri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science, Indore has the highest number of remaining seats of 157 and Amaltas Institute of Medical Science, Dewas has the lowest number of remaining seats of 41.
