MUHS notifies on Mop-Up Round For Vacant Seats Of Fellowship, Certificate Courses, check out details
Maharashtra: Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has announced the conduction of a mop-up round for vacant seats of Fellowship /Certificate Courses for the academic year 2022-23. The list of eligible candidates, the vacant seat list, and schedule has been released.
The mop-up round will be conducted through a centralized online admission process at the University (Teachers Training Institute (TTI) Auditorium, MUHS, Nashik Main Administrative Campus, Nashik) on 27.6.2023 at 11:00 am. The detailed schedule is attached in the notice below.
The following types of candidates shall be eligible for a mop-up round –
1. Type 1: Those candidates who have joined the allotted Training Center and have not submitted the retention form after allotment is done in the Second Round of the Centralized online admission process for Fellowship / Certificate Course AY 2022-23. (To participate in the mop-up round, only concerned eligible candidates must have to remain physically present on the day of the mop-up round)
2. Type 2: Those candidates who have not got any allotment in the Second Round of the Centralized online admission process for Fellowship / Certificate Course AY 2022-23. (To participate in the mop-up round, only concerned eligible candidates must have to remain physically present on the day of the mop-up round)
The above types of candidates willing to appear for the mop-up round shall physically remain present at their own cost at the above-said venue and time with relevant original document(s)/self-attested photocopy of educational documents prescribed by the University. Candidate shall report within the time for the mop-up round, and no delay in reporting/registration for the mop-up round will be permitted. Candidates selected in the mop-up round will get the allotment letter by hand from the University.
No affiliated Training Center shall admit the student(s) to Fellowship / Certificate Course directly at their end. As for the Academic Year 2022-23, the University has adopted a Centralized online admission process for admission to Fellowship / Certificate Courses.
All the affiliated Training Centers shall strictly note the same and shall not admit any student(s) for Fellowship / Certificate Courses at their level. The concerned applicant / recognized Training center must visit the MUHS website, www.muhs.ac.in, regularly for further updates, if any, on the matter.
One thousand one hundred sixty-nine seats are available for the mop-up round. The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.
The allotment is done based on the allotment priority criteria prescribed by MUHS –
1. Maharashtra Domicile Applicant
2. Super specialty Degree (400 Marks), Post Graduate Degree (300 Marks), Post Graduate Degree attempts, Post Graduate Diploma (200 Marks), Undergraduate Marks, 12th Marks, and if tie persist, HSC Marks and Age Criteria have been applied, as per individual case and as per the policy of the University
3. If Maharashtra Domicile Applicant is not available, then only Non-Maharashtra Domicile applicant(s) were considered as per such vacancy, and their priority
4. Separate merit number is generated as per the candidate’s PG, UG & 12th Course merit criteria (as applicable)
The list of eligible candidates has also been released. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
Affiliated Training Centers are requested to peruse the above-said lists meticulously, and discrepancies or changes, if any, shall be brought to the notice of the University up to 16/06/2023 by emailing fccc@muhs.ac.in immediately.
