NBE issues test day advisory for NEET PG 2026 candidates

The NBEMS shall be conducting NEET-PG 2026 tomorrow, i.e. 30 August 2026, in a single shift from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM through a computer-based platform at various test centres across the country. Therefore, candidates must report at the Reporting Counter of the Test Centre at 07:00 AM. The entry gate will close at 08:30 AM.

Candidates will be subjected to frisking, including use of a hand-held metal detector, at the time of entry to the test centre. Candidates are advised to arrive at the Test Centre well before the scheduled closing of the entry gate to avoid any inconvenience or delay in entry due to the mandatory security check.

Through the advisory, candidates are informed that the following items will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint in the examination premises under any circumstances-

1 Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pen, eraser, etc.

2 Any electronic device like mobile phone, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch, smartwatches, Health/fitness band or rings, electronic pen, scanner, tablets, AI-enabled glasses, pen drives, etc.

3 All ornaments like bracelets, rings, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch, etc.

4 Other personal items like Wallet, car keys, Goggles, AI-enabled glasses, Handbags, Belt, Mask, Gloves, cap, etc.

5 Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottle, etc.

6 Any other electronic or communication device capable of being used for adopting unfair means, including but not limited to wireless devices, Bluetooth-enabled devices, and spy cameras.

Meanwhile, if any candidate needs to carry medicines/medical assistance devices/prosthesis at the exam centre, please carry supporting medical documents.

Candidates are advised to reach the Test Centre well in advance of the prescribed reporting/entry time, keeping in view traffic, weather, local conditions and the possibility of delay in reaching the Reporting Counter.

Through the advisory, the board has also advised the candidates not to believe or respond to any person claiming to have access to the NEET PG question paper, answer key or examination-related confidential material, whether through WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, telephone calls, email or any other means.
