NEET 2023 Admissions: 1049 MBBS, BDS Seats Vacant For Round 3 At BFUHS

Faridkot: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released the seat matrix for the round 3 NEET UG counseling process. The FAQs for round 3, details related to updating of minority quota for round 3, and details related to the cancelation of seats for round 2 have also been released.

For round 3 of NEET UG, 1049 seats are available. MBBS has 262 seats, and BDS has 787 seats.

BFUHS has further informed that, the information of the NEET UG-2023 candidates who have already been registered earlier that fresh applications have been invited w.e.f 05.09.2023 to 08.09.2023. In this regard, if any candidate desires to edit/add the particulars viz; DOB/Category/Minority Quota shall submit their request(s)/application(s) personally in the Admission Branch(BFUHS) on 08.09.2023(up to 04:00 PM) along with relevant proof to enable this University to prepare the combined merit list accordingly. No request shall be entertained through email/online portal. Thereafter no request will be entertained, in this regard.

Round 2 seat cancelation –

In the light of instructions issued by the Medical Counselling Committee(MCC), New Delhi, from time to time, the candidates who have joined the allotted seat of Round 2 are allowed to surrender the seat with forfeiture of fee up to 12.09.2023(till 04:00 PM) i.e. before the date of choice filling for Round 3 counseling for admission under NEET UG-2023.

The candidate will have to submit the application of surrendering the seat to the Principal of the concerned college to enable him to surrender the seat on the portal so that the vacancy for Round 3 will get updated automatically, otherwise, the candidate will be considered as joined. The application received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted at any cost.
