NEET 2025: KNRUHS invites applications for MBBS, BDS admissions under management quota, check details

Provisional/Final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on NEET UG 2025 score. Final verification of original certificates will be verified by the Admission Committee at the time of admission at allotted college.

MINIMUM QYALIFYING SCORE

Candidates should have secured the following cutoff score or above are only eligible to apply under Management Quota

Therefore, candidates can register online and upload scanned original certificates on website till 07 August 2025, 05:00 PM. Meanwhile, candidates have to pay the registration fee of Rs 12,000/- online. In case of the late fee, the candidates need to pay of Rs 20,000/-. In addition, candidates who have registered for B category only and not registered for C category/NRI Quota and who wish to register for C category/NRI Quota after displaying of final merit list can submit application along with all relevant NRI documents with late fee before the issue of notification for web options for phase I, phase II and Mop Up phase.

The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in online application form and original certificates along with one (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order will be cancelled.

ELIGIBILITY

1 The candidates, who have qualified in NEET UG- 2025 by securing cutoff score and above, have to apply for determining the State Merit position for Management Quota seats subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer Regulations/Prospectus for detailed clarifications).

2 85% of the seats under Management Quota B Category for MBBS/BDS Courses in Medical & Dental colleges affiliated to KNRUHS are reserved for local candidates from Telangana state in accordance with GO.Ms.No. 130 HM&FW (C1) Department, Dated: 27.09.2022. The remaining 15% of the seats are open to candidates from all over the country including local candidates by merit.

3 25% of seats under Management Quota B category at Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences are reserved for local candidates from Telangana state.

4 Candidates from all over the country are eligible for admission into Management quota seats Category C (NRI Quota) for UG Medical and Dental Courses.

5 Foreign Students / NRI candidates are eligible for admission into MBBS and BDS Courses under Management Quota Category–C (NRI Quota) Seats. Candidates should specifically put the option for NRI Category in the on-line application to be considered for Category-C (NRI Quota).

6 There is separate registration for Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota. Candidates who have already applied for Competent Authority Quota Seats in response to this University earlier notification are also eligible to apply for the Management Quota seats.

7 The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/ Biotechnology and English.

8 The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2025. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2025 are not eligible to apply.

9 The NEET-UG-2025 qualified and eligible candidates as per the regulations who desire to take admission into MBBS/BDS Courses shall apply online and upload all original certificates for determining the Merit position for Management Quota seats. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection.

PROCEDURE FOR FILLING OF ONLINE APPLICATION, SCANNING/UPLOADING OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AND ONLINE PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION

1 The registration and processing fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.

2 The registration and processing fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.

3 Candidates claiming NRI quota should submit the following documents from a Blood relative such as Father/ Mother/ Brother/ Sister/ Uncle/ Aunt only and should submit a declaration to that effect.

i NRI Sponsorship certificate (Declaration form) available in the prospectus at annexure – 1.

ii NRI status certificate ofthe financial supporter issued by embassy of respective country under their seal.

iii Copy ofNRI Bank account pass book ofthe financial supporter.

iv Copy of Pass port ofNRI financial supporter.

4 For OCI/PIO candidates, citizenship card shall be uploaded as proof.

5 Visit website through Computer with Internet connection to fill the application form.

6 Fill all the details in the Online application form and upload all the documents which are mandatory and other relevant documents.

1 NEET UG 2025 Rank Card.

2 Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo).

3 Qualifying Exam Certificate (Intermediate Marks Memo OR Equivalent – Grade Certificate not Accepted).

4 Transfer Certificate.

5 Latest Caste Certificate If applicable for eligibility of NEET UG -2025 score).

6 Minority Certificate (Muslim Only).

7 Documents required for NRI Quota (If applicable) NRI Sponsorship certificate (Declaration Form) NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by embassy of respective country under their seal. Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter. Copy of Pass port of NRI financier.

8 Documents required for eligibility in Army college of dental sciences (ACDS) (If applicable) Copy of Ex-servicemen Identity card, discharge book, PPO, Part II order and ECHS card of the candidate along with certificate as per ACDS Prospectus duly signed by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. Copy of serving certificate, dependency certificate.

9 Aadhaar Card.

10 Study Certificates of 9th & 10th (If More than one certificate scan all into a single PDF file).

11 Study Certificates - Intermediate or equivalent for 2 Years.

12 Equivalency Certificate from Board of intermediate education government of Telangana.

13 Candidate’s Latest passport size Photo.

14 Specimen Signature of the Candidate.

15 Migration certificate.

MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS

1 The MBBS/BDS seats available under Management Quota in all affiliated Colleges will be displayed on KNRUHS website before Counselling.

2 The MBBSseats available under Management Quota in Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences will be displayed on KNRUHS website before Counselling.

3 BDS seats in Army College of Dental Sciences are reserved for wards of Army Personnel only.
