NEET Counselling 2023: UP DGME releases schedule Special Stray Vacancy Round, details
Uttar Pradesh: The Directorate General of Medical Education (UP DGME) has released the schedule for special stray vacancy round online counselling for NEET UG courses.
The counselling is going to begin tomorrow and continue till 11th November 2023. The registration process is a must for the candidates. The process includes registration, deposition of registration and security money, document verification, merit list declaration, choice filling, allotment result declaration, and admission process.
To participate in Special Stray vacancy counseling, it will be mandatory for all eligible candidates to register themselves online on the DGME website by depositing the registration fee of Rs. 1000.
Security Money Rs. 30000 for Govt. Medical Colleges, Rs. 200000 for private medical colleges and Rs.100000 for private dental colleges, is mandatory to be deposited online by the candidates.
Non-eligibility -
1. Candidates Allotted through any round of UP NEET UG-2023 Counseling are not eligible for the Special vacancy round of Counseling.
2. Candidates admitted through any round of all India quota counseling will not be eligible for the Special Stray vacancy round.
The unalloted candidates whose security money has already been deposited in any round of counseling are not required to deposit the Security money again for the Special Stray vacancy Round Counselling. Candidates whose documents have been verified in any round of UP NEET UG-2023 counseling need not get re-verified. If any candidates modify their particular, e.g., domicile/category/sub-category, etc., during registration, then the documents of these candidates will be re-verified.
Only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling whose documents have been verified online and deposited the security money.
