NEET PG: AFMS Extends Deadline for Documents Submission by Medical Officers, Priority IV Candidates, check details

New Delhi- Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) has extended the last date for submission of documents by Medical Officers and Priority IV candidates for postgraduate courses i.e. MD, MS and DNB through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 exam in AFMS Institutes for the academic year 2024. The last date of the submission of documents is now extended till 08 September 2024 upto 01:00 pm.

As per the notice, in this regard, the advanced copy should be forwarded through the AFMS email ID and ink ink-signed copy to be forwarded by post. Meanwhile, the ‘Sponsorship Certificate’ of candidates with necessary supporting documents are to be consolidated and forwarded to the O/o DGAFMS by the respective Ministry/ HQ of the Para Military organizations/ Head office of other GoI organizations, duly endorsed by the competent authority along with admit card of NEET PG exam 2024. Correspondence from official channels will only be accepted and individual correspondence by the candidates will not be entertained.

As per the NEET PG 2024 information bulletin, the following documents should be submitted in original by the selected candidates at the AFMS PG Teaching Institute on the day of admission along with the same as a scanned (‘.pdf’ format) softcopy on a CD are as under-

i 06 (Six) Passport size photographs.

ii NEET PG/MDS 2024 Admit card and a printed copy of the DGHS website registration slip.

iii NEET PG /MDS 2024 rank card allotted by NBE.

iv Class X/ SSLC/ ICSE certificate as a valid certificate of proof of age.

v Nationality Certificate/ Xerox copy of valid passport/ Domicile Certificate (where applicable)/ Birth Certificate endorsed with INDIAN nationality on it.

vi First to Final year MBBS/ BDS Mark Sheets of the respective university. Priority – V candidates (Dental only) should have secured a min of 55% marks in the final BDS.

vii MBBS/ BDS Pass Certificate/Degree Certificate.

viii Internship Completion Certificate.

ix Permanent/ Provisional State Medical/ Dental Council registration certificate.

x Attempt Certificate.

xi Transfer Certificate/ Migration certificate.

xii Educational Gap affidavit, if any.

xiii Provisional allotment letter issued by the MCC.

xiv Priority - III candidates only: Permission to proceed on Study Leave from the employing/sponsoring organization is mandatory for Priority III candidates.

xv Priority - IV candidates – Release order from Armed Forces Medical Services and movement order from last unit for proceeding on release or NOC in case of SSC Officers in their last year of initial contractual service/ extended contractual service.

xvi Declaration by the candidate.

However, the candidature of the applicants without any of the above documents will be summarily rejected.
