NEET PG counselling: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences cancels phase 2 web options, Details

Andhra Pradesh : Through a recent notice, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has informed about the cancellation of the phase 2 of web options exercised by the PG medical candidates with respect to the NEET PG counselling for this academic year admissions.

In view of Notice issued by DGHS, Medical Counselling Committee, GOI, New Delhi regarding cancellation of AIQ MoP Up Round and conducting of Special Counselling Round for 146 PG AIQ seats respectively, it is hereby informed to all the candidates that Web options for Phase-II Management Quota PG (Medical) seats are withdrawn.

"The MQ Phase-II Web options already exercised by the candidates are cancelled. A separate Notification will be issued for Management Quota Phase-II counselling for PG (Medical) seats," stated the university's notice.

Instructions to Candidates:

1Candidates Not Eligible for Options: The following candidates are not permitted to exercise Web options for this Phase-II. · Candidates who have joined a seat in any AIQ/State/Deemed Universities are not permitted and not eligible to exercise web options.
2If any candidate is allotted a seat in this Phase-II are not permitted to participate in the MoP Up Round.
3Options: · Candidate can give options on the web either from home or any other place having internet facility. Should not use Mobiles/Note pads. · One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving Web options. · The candidates may write down all the Options in order on a paper to avoid mistakes. · Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the print out of the saved options. Candidates are advised to exercise options in Courses and colleges in which they are really interested. If they are not interested to join any subject or college then they should not exercise options for the same. · Once the Candidate has login with Rank number and password then the candidate will see the list of colleges on left side and list of colleges selected on Right side · Start selecting one by one as of preference · Suppose the candidate has opted 10 seats then the candidate can rearrange the order by moving up and down · Once the candidate has satisfied then click on the save button · The candidate can edit before Submission of options · ONCE SUBMITTED, THE CANDIDATE CAN NOT EDIT. SO RE-CHECK & RE-CONFIRM ALL THE OPTIONS & ITS ORDER OF PREFERENCE BEFORE SUBMITTING. · After submission, the candidate will get confirmation of Options with OTP and after successful submission with OTP confirmation, Print option will be enabled. · The candidate can login again and can see their options clearly. 4Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the print out of the saved options
5The candidates who secured admission in the MQ Phase-I of counselling and wish to change their College/Course according to their Merit, can exercise their web options. Candidates are informed that, once PG seat is allotted in this Phase of counseling as per their web options, the seat allotted in the Phase-I of counselling is automatically cancelled and re-allotted to other candidates in this Phase-II.
6Candidates who were allotted a seat in MQ Phase-I in any college of AP and joined, but slided to another college in AP in this Phase-II counselling, should submit the tuition fee receipt along with relieving letter issued by the earlier college through e-mail/In person, for admission at the newly allotted college. The first college where the candidate initially joined in MQ Phase-I will transfer the tuition fee, Original certificates etc., to subsequently allotted college in AP.
7Candidate can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Fee of Rs.49,600/- through payment gateway and report to the Principal of the Allotted College on or before the date specified in the allotment order. The University fee of Rs.49,600/- once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates who have already paid Rs.49,600/- in Phase-I counselling are not necessary to pay the University fee.
8Candidates who have already joined in MQ Phase-I/now joining the allotted seat of this MQ Phase-II are not permitted to withdraw from the seat and not allowed to participate in State Quota counsellings including MoP Up rounds of both State Quota (SQ) and Management Quota (MQ) counsellings.
9The selected candidates have to produce all the Original certificates, pay the Tuition fee, necessary bonds etc., and complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the criteria to complete the admission process in the specified dates of admission, their admission will be cancelled automatically.
10The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission in the respective College and in case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated. If the candidate slides to other college (i.e., affiliated colleges of Dr.NTR UHS) during this Phase of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned by the college where the candidate has slided.
11Selected candidates have to report at the respective colleges on the dates specified on the allotment letter with all Original certificates, necessary bond(s) and pay the tuition fee to the college and complete the admission process.
12The University fee of Rs.49,600/- once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
