Seeking MBBS admissions 2025 in UP? Check out last year's NEET cutoff

Uttar Pradesh- Uttar Pradesh has around 12475 MBBS seats in 86 medical colleges this year for NEET 2025 candidates seeking MBBS admissions.

For the MBBS course, the NEET cut-off has hiked for UP medical colleges in the last 3 years. The closing AIQ NEET rank for 2024 at popular medical colleges- Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, was 3956, LLRM Meerut was at 5881, and SN Medical College, Agra, recorded 7212.

Meanwhile, King George's Medical University (KGMU) Lucknow had the highest NEET cut-off for MBBS admissions 2023 at 1800, however, it was reduced to 2059 rank for the general category last year.

Earlier, there were only 18 medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh. But last year only 17 medical colleges have been opened. Apart from this, according to last year's NEET UG registration, the highest number of 3,44,599 students had registered for NEET, out of which 3,34,983 students appeared, and 1,65,015 candidates passed the entrance exam.
