TN Health Extends Registration Deadline for DNB, Diploma Courses Round 2
Tamil Nadu- The Tamil Nadu (TN) Health has extended the last dates for the registration and payment process for Round 2 Counselling for DNB-Post Diploma and Post MBBS MBBS 2-year Diploma courses and DNB-Broad Specialty Post Diploma courses in government colleges in Tamil Nadu for the 2024-25 session till tomorrow. On this, TN Health has released the revised schedule for the candidates on its official website.
As per the revised schedule, the registration and payment process will now end by 10:00 AM tomorrow i.e., 17 December 2024. However, it was supposed to end by 05:00 PM today i.e., 16 December 2024.
Along with this, TN Health has also revised the timing of the choice filling and locking process for Round 2 counselling for DNB-Post Diploma and Post MBBS MBBS 2-year Diploma Courses and DNB-Broad Specialty Post Diploma Courses. Earlier, it was scheduled to end by 10 am, however, now it has been extended till 02:00 pm. Meanwhile, the remaining schedule remains the same as per the pre-scheduled timetable.

Meanwhile, candidates participating in online choice filling for the DNB course are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.1000/- for the government quota. Along with this, at the time of registration, the candidate is required to pay a refundable security deposit of Rs.30,000/- for government medical colleges/institutions (no need to pay again if already paid). However, if already paid, no need to pay again.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ALLOTMENT ORDER
1 The allotted candidates who have already paid the tuition fee in the Round-I of online counselling, have to pay the difference (if any) amount only.
2 The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the Provisional Allotment Order.
