Uttar Pradesh: The Directorate General of Medical Education (UP DGME) has released the schedule for online special stray vacancy round of NEET PG and NEET MDS courses.

The online registration process will begin on 20th November 2023 (11:00 AM) and be carried out till  21st November 2023 (5:00 PM). The security and registration money can be deposited from 20th November 2023 (From 11:00 AM) to 22nd November 2023 (Till 11:00 AM). On 21st November 2023, the merit list will be declared.

The online choice-filling process can be carried out from 22nd November 2023 (From 5:00 PM) to 24th November 2023 (Till 5:00 PM). The allotment result will be declared on 27th November 2023. From 28th November 2023 to 30th November 2023, the downloading of the allotment order and the admission process can be carried out.

To participate in the special stray vacancy round, it will be mandatory for all eligible candidates to register themselves online on the website of DGME by depositing the registration fee of Rs. 2000.

Only those candidates will be eligible for the special stray vacancy round, who have not been allotted any seat through the first, second, mop-up, and stray vacancy round of counseling of UP NEET PG-2023.

Candidates admitted through any round of All India quota counseling will not be eligible for the special stray vacancy round.

Candidates allotted from the Special Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota will not be considered in the allotment process of the special stray vacancy round of UP NEET PG 2023.

Security money Rs. 30000 for Govt. Medical/Dental Colleges, Rs. 200000 for private medical colleges and Rs.100000 for private dental colleges, must be deposited online by the candidates.

Un-allotted candidates from the first, second, mop-up, and stray vacancy round of UP NEET PG/NEET MDS 2023 counseling, whose security money has already been deposited, are not required to deposit again for the special stray vacancy round.

If any candidate got allotment through a special stray vacancy round but not taken admission, such candidates will be debarred for 2024-25 counseling, and security money will be forfeited.

The candidates note that DNB Seats are not vacant till date.
