Vacancy Round of MD, MS, Diploma Courses 2024 in Gujarat ending soon, Apply for 18 vacant seats
Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the admission of Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of MD, MS and Diploma Courses in Government and Self-financed Medical Colleges for the academic year 2024-25.
Therefore, candidates who are qualified in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 and are eligible as per respective council and admission rules of Gujarat State, only for those candidates who have not Registered in Round 01, Round 02, Round 03 or who have been allotted a seat in Round 02 but their admission have not been confirmed and have not Registered in Round 03 can apply for the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round. However, candidates who has been allotted a seat in Round 3 are not eligible for this round.
Therefore, the online registration for the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round for admission in the First-year Post-Graduate MD, MS and Diploma courses for the academic year 2024-25 has already commenced and will end tomorrow i.e. 16th February 2025. Following this, the process of the document verification and submission of photocopies of documents will start today i.e. 15th February 2025.

Meanwhile, the PIN can purchased online through DME Gujarat's official website by the payment of Rs. 3000/- (Nonrefundable) + Rs.25,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) =Total Rs.28,000/-. However, candidates who have purchased an Online PIN by paying Rs.28000/- in Round 01, Round 02 or Round 03 and have not done online registration/ documents verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Center after completing the online registration, need not purchase online PIN again. They only have to do document verification & submit photocopies of documents at the Help Center.
Meanwhile, DME Gujarat has also released the vacant seat list after Round 03 for MD, MS and Diploma for 2024-25. As per the list, a total of 18 seats are vacant across 3 MD and MS Courses. Of these, a total of 3 seats are vacant in Biochemistry, 8 seats in Physiology and 7 seats in Anatomy courses.
