DME Gujarat Begins Round 3 Allotment for PG medical Admissions 2024, Details
Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat has started the allotment and reporting process for the 3rd round of MD, MS and Diploma. The process will end on 14th February.
According to the schedule released in this regard, eligible candidates included in the merit list of ACPPGMEC for admission to government seats, management seats and NRI seats of MD, MS and Diploma courses in government and self-financed medical colleges for the academic year 2024-25 should complete the online payment process of tuition fees by 13 February 2025, 03:30 PM. After this, the process of reporting at the Help Center should be completed by 14 February 2025, 04:00 PM.
STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
The candidates are instructed to follow the steps mentioned below to confirm their admission-
STEP 1- Open the website for PG admission.
STEP 2- Login into your account.
STEP 3- Check your Allotment status.
STEP 4- Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help center from your log-in.
STEP 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & do Online payment through the ACPPGMEC portal.
STEP 6- Go to a nearby designated AXIS bank.
STEP 7- If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fees receipt provided by AXIS bank and also, your fees challan stamped by AXIS bank.
STEP 8- Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fee receipt and challan certified by AXIS bank.
STEP 9- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.
STEP 10- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.
Meanwhile, DME Gujarat has released the vacant seats details after Round 03 of MD, MS and Diploma 2024-25. As per the vacant seats details, a total of 18 seats are vacant in 3 MD, MS and Diploma courses. Out of these, a total of 3 seats are vacant in Biochemistry, a total of 8 seats are vacant in Physiology and a total of 7 seats are vacant in Anatomy courses.
