WBMCC Releases Schedule For Special Stray Vacancy Round Of NEET UG counselling, details
West Bengal: The West Bengal Main Computerized Counselling (WBMCC) has released the schedule for a special stray vacancy round of NEET UG courses.
The candidates can register till 3.11.2023 (midnight). The process of verification of registered and fee candidates who have not done so before with original documents will be carried out on 4.11.2023 (11:00 am to 4:00 pm). On 7.11.2023, an eligible list of candidates will be published. The choices can be filled on 8.11.2023 (11:00 am to 12:00 am). On 10.11.2023, the results will be published. The admission process will be conducted on 11.11.2023 and 13.11.2023 (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) at NRS Medical College.
As per the public notice no. U-15029/47/2023/UGMEB, dated 19.10,2023, issued by National Medical Commission, New Delhi, where it is categorically stated that the stakeholder is directed to strictly adhere to the counseling schedule as fixed by MK for the academic session 2023-24 for UG MBBS course, any counseling carried out by central authorities/ state authorities/ medical colleges shall be considered to be invalid, and the student admitted if any shall be discharged immediately. Hence, if any admission has taken place in contravention to this notification dated 19.10.2023, which was reiterated on 20.102023 bearing memo no. HFW-23099/206/2023/M/2784 is considered to be invalid, and if any students are admitted, they shall be treated as discharged and accordingly, such seats are now considered vacant, and such seats shall be added to the seat matrix for Special Stray Vacancy Round.
