NBE Announces Revised Schedule For Formative Assessment Test
Delhi: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBE) announced a revised schedule for the formative assessment test (FAT).
The following batches of trainees could not participate in the Theory Examination of FAT conducted by NBEMS on 19th February 2022 -
For Post Diploma Courses | 2021 admission session (joining in 2022) |
For Fellowship Courses | 2021 admission session (joining in 2022) |
For NBEMS Diploma Courses | 2021 admission session (joining in 2022) |
For the above batches of Post Diploma, Fellowship and Diploma Trainees, NBEMS shall be conducting a special edition of Formative Assessment Test as per the schedule indicated below-

FAT Theory Examination | 10th December 2022 |
Mode of Examination | Descriptive (Paper & Pen); Two sessions |
Centres of FAT (Theory) | FAT Centre nearest available to the Training Institution |
Application Portal to be live on | 21st October – 10th November 2022 |
Form & Fees for the conduct of FAT | To be filled & paid by Training Institutions |
Examination Fees | Rs. 6000 /- candidate (to be paid by Training Institutions only through NBEMS Online Portal for FAT) |
Admit Cards for FAT (Theory) | Shall be issued to Training Institutions by 2nd December 2022 |
Work Place Based on Clinical Assessment | Shall be conducted in January / February 2023 |
