A further round of counselling will depend on the number of vacant seats after completing the 2nd round of counselling. The decision to conduct any further round is purely discretionary, and the decision of the NBEMS in this regard will be final and binding.

All candidates will be registered once during the start of the counselling process. No registration is permissible once the window of registration is closed. There is no other methodology for participating in the FNB 2022 admission session counselling.

The candidates note that participation in the online counselling will be strict as per the eligibility criteria and guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin for FNB 2022 Admission Session and Handbook for admission to Fellowship National Board 2022 Admission.

Candidates allotted a seat during the counselling process must deposit a one-year non-refundable course fee of Rs. 125000 to confirm and freeze the allotment of a seat. The candidate will bear payment gateway charges. If the candidates do not confirm and freeze the seat allotted to them in the 1st round of counselling, the seat will be released for inclusion in the 2nd round of counselling.

Once the annual course fee is paid, the seat is frozen in favour of the candidates. Then the candidates must download the allotment letter and join the allotted institute/hospital.
