NBE Warns Against social media groups befooling NEET PG 2024 candidates

New Delhi- Through a notice, the National Board of Medical Examinations (NBEMS) has issued certain cautions regarding social media groups befooling the candidates of the National Postgraduate Entrance Eligibility-Entrance Test – NEET PG 2024 exam.

As per the notice, NBEMS had recently conducted a routine surfing and during the routine surfing, it was found that some people were trying to deceive NEET-PG aspirants through social media platforms. These fraudsters on such social media platforms were claiming to provide NEET PG questions for the upcoming NEET-PG 2024 in exchange for a considerable amount of money.

On this, NBEMS has lodged a police complaint against such fraudsters and their accomplices, alleging that they are trying to fool NEET-PG aspirants by charging them a huge sum of money in the name of providing NEET-PG 2024 questions.

Therefore, the present notice to all applicants for NEET-PG 2024 is cautioned not to fall prey to or get mislead by unscrupulous elements who are fooling NEET-PG aspirants by claiming to have obtained the upcoming NEET-PG 2024 questions through “the authority”.

It is also advised that the involvement of any NEET-PG candidate directly or indirectly in any such activity will be dealt with appropriately by NBEMS.

NBEMS is going to conduct NEETPG 2024 on 23rd June 2024 from 9 AM to 12:30 PM on a computer-based platform across the country.

NEET-PG is an eligibility-and-entrance examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD and MS and PG Diploma Courses, Post MBBS DNB Courses, Post MBBS Direct 6-year DrNB courses and NBEMS diploma courses are also undertaken through NEET-PG.

SCHEME OF NEET-PG 2024

The NEET PG exam comprises 200 Multiple Choice Questions with each question having 4 options in English only. Candidates are required to select the correct answer out of the 4 response options provided in each question. the examination time to complete the paper is 3 hours and 30 minutes. There shall be a 25% negative marking for incorrect answers. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.
