NEET PG 2020: MCC releases Provisional Results for Mop up Round; notifies on reporting

New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the Provisional Result for Mop Up Round of PG Counselling 2020 for admissions to MD, MS, PG Diploma and MDS courses. Along with the release of provisional results, the MCC has informed about the reporting process for candidates.

The MCC notice adds that due to Verification Issue of I.P University candidates and the time taken in verification at the university level, the result of Mop Up Round of PG Counselling, 2020 has been delayed. The result of Mop-Up Round will be declared on 23rd July 2020(Thursday) after 12 PM and the participating candidates are advised to take any further action only after the publication of Final Result as there may be some changes in the Final Revised Result.

On the part of reporting, the MCC states:

Keeping in view, the time constraint and to facilitate candidates in the prevailing adverse situation of COVID pandemic, MCC/MoHFW has decided to allow candidates of Mop-Up Round for ONLINE/OFFLINE Reporting. Further, the seats of candidates of Mop-up round who do not complete their Admission process formally (Offline/ Online) may be cancelled by the college on the last date of Reporting, so that the seats come back in the system for reversion to Deemed/ Central Universities for Stray Vacancy Round to be conducted at the University/ Institute level. Hence, the candidates are advised to keep track of the last date of Reporting according to schedule.
