New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has reopened the registration window for NEET SS 2021. NEET SS 2021 Applications process was earlier put on hold till 31.10.2021 to make the necessary changes effective and now the registration window shall continue till 22.11.2021 (11:55 PM).

In the registration window, candidates who have already registered for NEET-SS 2021 shall be able to EDIT their choices for eligible super-speciality courses, and those who are yet to register shall be able to register AFRESH for NEET-SS 2021.

As per the NBE notification issued to this effect, the registration window for DM, MCh and DNB SS entrance examination, NEET SS 2021 shall be resumed online at https://nbe.edu.in on 01.11.2021 (3 PM onwards) and the window shall continue till 22.11.2021 (11:55 PM).

The ensuing NEET - SS examination for the academic year 2021-2022 shall be conducted on 10th January 2022 on the basis of the pattern which held the field until the academic year 2020- 2021.

In the reopened registration window,

A. Candidates who have already submitted their applications and successfully paid the examination fee for NEET-SS 2021 shall be able to edit following information:

• Post Graduate Qualification Details

• Superspecialty Programme Applied For

• MBBS/Primary Medical Qualification Details

B. Candidates who are yet to register/ submit the application /make payment for the application shall be able to complete/edit the entire form for NEET-SS 2021 and pay the examination fee.

Medical Dialogues earlier reported that after being rapped up by the Supreme Court on the last-minute changes to the exam pattern of NEET SS 2021, the Central government decided to introduce changes from next year. Informing the apex court about the same, the Centre confirmed that this year's NEET SS will be held as per the existing exam pattern. The modified pattern will be given effect only from the academic year 2022-2023.

NEET SS 2021 Exam Fee

Candidates who have already registered and have paid an examination fee of amount more than Rs. 4250/- in case of applying for more than one groups, shall be refunded the EXTRA examination fee paid. Those who are not willing to continue with the application registered in the current window for NEET-SS 2021 in view of the above-mentioned change can submit a request for REFUND of examination fee to NBEMS.
