AIIMS notifies on Spot Round offline counselling for MSc Nursing August 2022, details

New Delhi : AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) has released a notice informing about the spot Round offline counselling for M.Sc. Nursing for August, 2022 session. The counselling is going to be held on 20.10.2022.

The Spot Round offline seat allocation for M.Sc Nursing vacant seats of AIIMS New Delhi is to be held on 20th Oct., 2022 at 9.00 a.m. in Lecture Theatre (second floor, Teaching Block) .The details of vacant seats of M.Sc Nursing Course are as under :

Other terms and conditions for spot round are as under:

Process of Counseling:

 Any seat/s falling vacant will be added to these seats and will be available for spot counselling. Therefore, the number of seats indicated against each discipline is provisional and may vary at the time of offline counselling.

 The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per rank/merit of candidates in the entrance examination and rest of the terms and conditions/ eligibility as mentioned in the prospectus for Aug., 2022 Session are remain same.

 The candidates have to register themselves online on the AIIMS website w.e.f. 15.10.2022 (Saturday) to 18.10.2022 (Tuesday) upto 5.00 p.m. to appear in Offline Spot Round of Seat Allocation to be held on 20th Oct., 2022.

 A Demand Draft (DD) of an amount of Rs.25,000/- should be made in the favour of Director AIIMS, New Delhi to show at the time of verification to participate in Spot round of Seat Allocation, those who have not made the Demand Draft shall not be allowed to participate.

 The list of candidates who have qualified i.e. have secured minimum cut-off percentage or above is available on AIIMS

 The candidate has to produce Demand Draft of Rs.25,000/- along with all original certificates of qualification viz. Admit Card, 10th passing/Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth, Degree/Provisional/passing Certificate from any recognized University with 60% marks for GEN/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST Candidates/Mark Sheets of the qualifying examination/ Registration slip generated for spot round /Proof of belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS along with a set of selfattested copies of all the certificates.

 Relevant degree of Certificate of the recognized University showing fulfilment of eligibility, Proof of passing the qualifying examination on or before 31st July 2022 with requisite percentage of marks and subjects failing which their performance on the basis of entrance examination will not be considered.

 Candidates will not be allowed to attend Spot Seat Allocation without the production of required original documents with Demand Draft.

 Selected candidates who do not join the allotted seat shall be subjected to a penalty of Rs.One Lakh along with the forfeiture of Demand Draft of Rs.25000/-.

 No authorized representative will be allowed to attend the Spot counselling.

 Failure to bring valid caste certificate shall make the candidates ineligible for the purpose of allotment of seat in OBC/EWS category. No provisional allotment will be made. The validity of OBC (NCL)/EWS Certificate shall be as under :

 OBC certificate issued in between 26.06.2021 to 02.07.2022 (Both dates inclusive) will be treated as valid. (for M.Sc Nursing Courses).

 EWS certificate issued in between 01.04.2022 to 02.07.2022 (Both dates inclusive) will be treated as valid for the financial year 2022-2023 and Assessment year 2021-2022.

 Those candidates who are found not eligible for OBC/EWS seat on the basis of verification of respective certificates, shall be treated as UR if their rank is within the cut-off rank for UR merit list, or will not be considered to be in this list of rank is beyond the cutoff rank for UR Merit list.

 On the day of spot seat allocation for first UR seat allocation will be done and after UR seat allocation is over, EWS seat allocation will be done followed by OBC/SC/ST seat allocation.

 If any EWS seat remain vacant after seat allocation for EWS seat, all vacant seats will be transferred to UR category and will be offered to UR candidates on merit.

 If any OBC seat remain vacant after seat allocation for OBC seat , all vacant seats will be transferred to UR category and will be offered to UR candidates on merit.

 IN case of SC/ST seat allocation, if any SC seats(s) remain vacant, these will be transferred to ST and vice versa. All SC/ST seats which remain vacant after such transfers will also be transferred to UR Category and will be offered to UR candidates strictly on merit.

 Thus, UR candidates will be called again in case any OBC, SC and ST seats remain vacant after seat allocation for these categories is over in this round and all UR candidates should, therefore, stay back till it is announced that seat allocation is finally over.

 In case seat is not available in any category (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS) and candidate of the same category apply for course they shall be treated as UR subject to fulfilment of eligibility of UR.
