Counseling Schedule For Tamil Nadu Diploma In Nursing Begins
Tamil Nadu: The counseling schedule for Diploma in Nursing begins today (3rd November 2022). The Director of Medical Education (DME Tamil Nadu) has released the detailed counseling schedule.
Detailed schedule – General Rank - 001 to 6139, Community Rank (BCM ONLY) - CR 51 to CR 114 -
1. Registration/ Payment - 03-11-2022 from 10.00 am - 04-11-2022 up to 05.00 pm
2. Choice filling & Locking - 05-11-2022 from 10.00 am - 07-11-2022 up to 05.00 pm
3. Final result of Allotment - 08-11-2022
4. Download of Provisional Allotment Order - 08-11-2022
5. Reporting Date & Time - On or before 11-11-2022 up to 05.00 pm
Instructions –
1. The candidates willing to retain their seat allotted in the 1st phase of online counseling need not participate in this online counseling.
2. The candidates who were not allotted in the 1st round of counseling and those who did not participate in the 1st round are eligible to attend this counseling.
3. The candidates who have registered for the first phase of online counseling and paid Rs.250 as the registration fee need not pay again. But those who register for the 1st time should pay Rs.250 as registration fees.
4. Candidates participating in the online Counselling for Diploma in Nursing will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs.250 online as a processing fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
5. Candidates should be careful while choice filling.
6. Admission to Diploma in Nursing courses shall be made by online counseling based on rank by applying the rule of reservation.
7. Once the candidate locks her choice during the online counseling, it cannot be changed later. Request for a college change from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised.
8. The candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned college that she is liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts or misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
9. The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time.
10. The candidates should produce their original certificates in person when joining their selected Colleges, along with a photocopy of the original certificates to the concerned Colleges.
11. If the candidates do not report to the Head of the Institution to which they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, their selection and/or admission will be canceled without any further notice.
