Indian Army Invites Online Application For MNS BSc Nursing Course 2023, check out details
Delhi: Join Indian Army has invited online applications for Indian Army Military Nursing Services (MNS) BSc Nursing Course 2023 at colleges of Nursing of Armed Forces Medical Services.
As per the notice, only women candidates will be eligible to apply. The candidates can apply till 4th July 2023. No other mode of application is invited. The duration of the course will be for 4 years.
The process to apply –
1. The candidates need to apply at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
2. The candidates must use the “new registration” link if they have not registered. If they have applied before for any rally Bharti, they need not apply again.
3. Use “login to apply” if the candidates have already registered before any recruitment rally.
4. The candidates need to upload NEET UG 2023 scorecard.
Educational qualification – Candidates must have passed a 10+2 equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology), and English with not less than 50% aggregate marks.
Age limit – Candidates should be born between 1st October 1998 and 30th September 2006 (both dates inclusive).
Physical standards – The minimum acceptable height for candidates is 152 cms with correlated weight. In the case of North Indian candidates, it will be relaxed by 4 cm. Required 148 cm.

A total of 220 seats are there for BSc Nursing.

Selection process –
1. The candidates will be shortlisted through NEET UG 2023 score.
2. Candidates seeking admission for BSc Nursing courses at AFMS institutes must mandatorily qualify for the NEET UG 2023 exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
Test details -
1. Test of general intelligence and general English – Candidates have to qualify for a test of general intelligence and general English (ToGIGE) that will be in the form of Computer Based Test (CBT). This test consists of 40 questions having 2 marks each for a maximum of 80 marks. There will be negative marks of 0.5 for every incorrect answer.
2. Physiological assessment test – This is a qualifying exam, and the score will not be considered for preparing the final merit list.

Interview – Candidates, as per merit based on written tests, will be called for an interview.
Final merit list – The final selection of the candidates will be based on the combined merit of the written test and interview, subject to medical fitness.
