KNRUHS Notifies About Exercising Web Options For Mop-Up Round For BSc Nursing, PBBSc Nursing Courses

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) notified about exercising web options for the mop-up phase of counselling for admission into BSC NURSING 4YDC/ PBBSC NURSING 2YDC/ BPT courses under competent authority quota. The seat matrix has also been released.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options till 2.00 P.M. on 25.12.2022 through the website https://tsparamed.tsche.in) as per eligibility. Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by the Government of Telangana, the Indian Nursing Council, relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and High Court orders and University regulations.

Non-eligibility –

1. Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phases of counselling, joined the course and continue in the course, and wish to slide to other colleges/courses can exercise their options.

2. The candidates who have been allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling and who have not joined/discontinued the course are not eligible to exercise web options for the mop-up phase of counselling.

Candidates, while giving options, should note that apart from available seats notified, seats vacated by candidates sliding during this phase of counselling will be added and allotted simultaneously. The allotted seat under previous phases of counselling will be cancelled automatically if the candidates are allotted a seat in the mop-up phase of counselling as per their option.

Instructions –

1. Candidates can exercise web options to the courses and colleges to which they are eligible if their name is included in the merit list for that course.

2. Candidates have to exercise options for the course and colleges they are interested in joining.

3. One-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options after saving Options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z.

4. Candidates should take a printout of saved options.

5. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsparamed.tsche.in website after each phase of counselling without fail.

6. Candidates who have joined and are willing to slide to other colleges can also exercise web options during this phase. Suppose a seat is allotted in the mop-up phase of counselling. In that case, the seat allotted and the candidate has joined during previous phases of counselling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to other candidates.

7. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should take the printout of the allotment letter, check their allotment and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

8. Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.

9. Candidates who have slid from a previously admitted seat to another college should collect the original certificates and tuition fee from the previously admitted college and report to the Principal of the Mop-up phase allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter.

10. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

11. Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues the course.

University fee –

1. Allotted Candidates must pay the University fee of Rs. 6000 through the payment gateway through an online payment method (Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

2. The University Fee and other fees, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Candidates who have paid the University fee in the previous phases of counselling need not pay the university fee again.

Tuition fee -

1. Tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses.

1037 seats are allotted for the mop-up round under the competent authority quota.
