NTRUHS to close 1st Phase Web Options For BSc Nursing admissions tomorrow, Details

Andhra Pradesh- Through a notification, the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has informed regarding the exercising Web Options for the 1st Phase of web-based counselling for admission into BSc (Nursing) 4 YD Course under Competent Authority Quota seats for the Academic Year 2024-25.

As per the notification, Dr NTRUHS has recently published the Provisional Final Merit List on its official website and with this, the University has commenced the 1st phase of web-based counselling for Admission into the BSc (Nursing) 4 YD Course for the seats available under Competent Authority Quota including Special Category, i.e., PwD in Government colleges and Private Non-Minority and Minority Colleges for the academic year 2024-25. Therefore, eligible candidates can exercise the web option till 09.00 PM on 25 October 2024.

UNIVERSITY FEES

The Selected Candidates have to pay a non-refundable University fee of Rs 5,600/- through a payment gateway using an online payment method such as Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking and applicable bank charges for downloading allotment orders.

REPORTING AT THE ALLOTTED COLLEGE

1 Candidates will receive a message to their registered mobile after allotment of the seat if the seat is allotted. The candidates are instructed to visit the Dr NTRUHS official Website for the status of allotment after the closure of Web Options.

2 Candidates who have been allotted a seat shall report at the allotted college within the reporting schedule by downloading the allotment order on payment of the University fee as specified with all Original Certificates and paying the Tuition Fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will forfeit the admission.

3 Verification of Original Certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University Regulations.

4 If the joined candidates of Phase-I slide to other colleges during Phase-II of counselling, the Original Certificates of such candidates will be sent to the newly allotted college by the previous college after the closure of admissions. The candidate has to report at the re-allotted college with a downloaded allotment order along with a Custodian Certificate issued by the previous college under Dr NTR UHS and to pay the Tuition Fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will forfeit the admission.

5 Candidates getting upgraded in Phase-II of Counselling will not have any claim on previous allotments, i.e., Phase-I seat as the vacancies resulting from upgradation are filled within this phase by the next candidate in the merit list with rules of reservation as applicable.

6 Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in Phase I of counselling will be considered for available vacancies in Phase II of counselling with fresh Options.

7 The candidates who do not report at the allotted college in the Phase-I counselling, will be allowed to participate in the Phase-II counselling with fresh options, provided that the candidates have no right to claim an earlier Phase-I allotted seat again under Phase-II counselling.
