Post Basic BSc Nursing Admissions in Tamil Nadu, Check out Online Counselling Schedule, Provisional Merit Lists
Tamil Nadu: Through a written notice, Tamil Nadu Health has released the tentative online counselling schedule, provisional merit list for eligible female and male non- service candidates, provisional merit list for eligible female and male service candidates for the post-basic B.SC nursing course.
The tentative online counselling schedule for post-basic B.SC nursing course -
- Registration/ Payment Choice filling & Locking – 3rd March 2022, 10:00 am till 4th March 2022, 5:00 pm.
- Final result of 1st Allotment – 5th March 2022.
- Download of Provisional Allotment Order - 5th March 2022.
- Reporting time - On or before 10th March 2022.
Candidates participating in the online counselling for Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Course will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs.250/- through online as a processing fee, via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
Admission to Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Course shall be made by the online counselling based on rank by applying the rule of reservation. Candidates who have not registered and have not locked the choice for round 1 of online counselling will not be permitted to the subsequent rounds of online counselling. Candidates who have taken a seat and not joined the course are not eligible for the subsequent online counseling rounds.
Candidates absent at the scheduled time and date of online counseling will not be considered for admission. However, the selection committee reserves the right to permit the candidate to attend the online counseling if a valid reason for absence is communicated to the selection committee. The permitted candidates can only claim the course and college available at online counseling when they attend.
The candidates are advised to fill the choice carefully because once the choices are locked cannot be changed. The candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form when they report to the concerned college that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned medical college on or before the stipulated date and time.
The candidates should produce their original certificates in person when joining their selected college and the scanned copy of the original certificates. If the candidates do not report to the head of the college to which they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, selection and/or admission will be canceled without any further notice.
