Irfan Sultan Panditpori, Chairman of the District Development Council Kupwara, along with the Principal, doctors, and medical staff of the Government Medical College Handwara, actively participated through virtual mode, signifying a collaborative effort towards strengthening healthcare infrastructure across regions.
