AIIMS publishes open round online Seat Allocation results of BSc Paramedical Courses 2021

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has declared Result of Open Round of Online Seat Allocation of B.Sc. Paramedical Courses - 2021.

The Open Round of seat allocation for Bachelor of Optometry, Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant (DORA), B.Sc. in Dental Hygine (DH) & B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) at AIIMS, New Delhi, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Operation Theatre & Anaesthesiology (OTAT) Medical Technology in Radiography & Medical Technology in Radiotherapy at AIIMS Bhubaneswar and B.Sc. Anaesthesia Technology, B.Sc. in Urology Technology, B.Sc. in Perfusion Technology, B.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology, B.Sc. Radiotherapy Technology, B.Sc. Sleep Technology, B.Sc. in Respiratory Therapy, B.Sc. in Neuro-monitoring Technology, B.Sc. in Orthopaedics Technology, B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, B.Sc. in Dental Hygine, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, B.Sc. in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology at AIIMS Rishikesh, B.Sc. in Lab Technology & B.Sc. in Emergency Medicine Technician Course at AIIMS Nagpur for the Academic Session-2021 has been done on the basis of choices made (from 30.03.2022 to 5.00 pm, 04.04.2022) by eligible candidates. Important information:

1. This list includes only those candidates who were eligible for Seat Allocation (AIIMS) for Open Round of Seat Allocation as per Information Brochure for open round of Seat Allocation vide Notice No. 62/2022 dated 29.03.2022 and have been allocated seat as per merit, choices made and availability of seat.

2. For the Open Round of Seat Allocation (AIIMS/Course), the order of Seat Allocation was based on original merit list and applicable category.

3. Candidates who have not registered/partially registered (i.e. not completed all procedure including deposit of security deposit) were not considered for seat allocation.

4. All valid registered candidates as per published notice who have claimed reservation category but not submitted valid document/submitted invalid category certificate have been considered under unreserved Category

Procedure to be followed by candidates who have been allocated seat in the open round of seat allocation.

All candidates who have been Allocated a Seat in the Open Round of Seat Allocation are required to report to allotted Institute by Wednesday, the 13.04.2022 up to 4.00 p.m. Contact Detail of Nodal Officer of respective Institute is given at the end of this notification.

IMPORTANT

The claim to allocated Seat (AIIMS/Course) by candidates is subject to mandatory reporting & joining at respective Institute by Wednesday, the 13.04.2022 up to 4.00 p.m. and verification of the documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature. If a candidate fails to submit required certificates as required, his/her candidature will be cancelled, the Seat will be vacated.

Candidate are required to report directly at allocated Institute with downloaded offer letter from MyPage along with required document/certificate within date as mentioned above.

Failure to report and join by above mentioned date will lead to forfeiture of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) deposited.

POLICY REGARDING THE DEPOSITING OF DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES

The claim to allotted Seat (AIIMS) by candidates is subject to verification of the documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature. If a candidate fails to submit required certificates (original) his/her candidature will be cancelled, the Seat (AIIMS/Course) will be vacated.

List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original OR photocopy along with Demand Draft as applicable.

i) Admit Card issued by AIIMS.

ii) Registration Slip

iii) Offer Letter

iv) Seat allocation letter

v) Certificate in proof of passing the 12th class under 10+2 Scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board.

vi) Certificate from the Board showing her date of birth.(10th Passing Certificate)

vii) Mark-sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. 12thclass under 10+2 Scheme/Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination in proof of having secured 55% or more marks (50% in case of SC/ST in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology).

viii) 12th class Migration Certificate

ix) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable*:

a. SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate* issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC/EWS certificate should be same as provided to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi within in due dates.

Note: OBC/EWS Certificate* should be issued by the competent authority for central Govt. jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC Certificates that are applicable only for respective State Governments shall not be acceptable. OBC certificate must be in the Central Govt. Format as prescribed in the prospectus.OBC Candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer.

*The allocated AIIMS of candidates who fail to produce valid certificates of respective constitutional categories (OBC, SC/ST/EWS) will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further rounds under UR category subject to conditions applicable to UR merit list.

*The validity of OBC (NCL) certificate shall be 15.06.2020 to 28.12.2021 (both date inclusive). Certificate issued within this period shall be accepted only.

*The validity of EWS certificate shall be 01.04.2021 to 28.12.2021 (both date inclusive). Certificate issued within this period shall be accepted only.

b. Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability** issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus. Self attested one set photocopy of above certificates

Note: Candidates must note that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The name, designation and the seal of the officer should be legible in the certificate.

** The allocated seat of candidates who fail to produce valid certificate of PWBD category will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further round under their respective constitutional category subject to conditions applicable to respective merit list.

Note:- For AIIMS, New Delhi:- Candidates Medical Examination and Admission formalities will be held on 19th April 2022 and Classes (Physical Mode) will be commenced from 19th April 2022. Candidates are hereby informed that if you are found unfit by the Medical Board then you will not be admitted in this course. The decision of medical Board shall be the final.

All Medically fit candidates are required to join the course immediately, they are advised to bring the prescribed Fee in cash/card (as per Prospectus along with your baggage and other belongings).
