PG Medical Admissions 2021: Dr NTR University Of Health Sciences further Extends Applications Deadline

Vijaywada: Through a recent notification, the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has notified about the Extension of dates for Applications for admission into PG Medical courses 2021.

Online Application forms are invited from those candidates who have not applied to this Office earlier for admissions into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Courses, 2021-22 under Competent Authority Quota seats in the State of Andhra Pradesh including SVIMS, Tirupati from 11.00 AM on 25-11-2021 to 05.00 PM on 30-11-2021. Candidates who have already applied to the earlier notifications need not apply again, the notification stated.

Earlier the deadline was scheduled to end on 11th November; then the extension was made to November 16th which has now been further extended to 30th November 2021.

All the concerned candidates seeking admissions for said courses in Andhra Pradesh medical colleges can view the eligibility criteria, application process, admission process mentioned below.

The entire Application process is through online mode only, including uploading of Images, scanned copies of Certificates/documents and payment of fees, etc. Therefore, candidates are not required to send printouts of the application form/verification form, etc. to the University. No offline applications will be accepted.

All further notifications will be displayed on the University website ONLY. No Individual intimations will be sent. Please visit the University website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in regularly for subsequent notifications/instructions till the closure of admissions.

Printout of application, Provisional Verification form along with Original Certificates should be submitted at the time of admission at college.

All the dates are tentative and the University reserves the right to change them without assigning any reason or advance notice.

Mere submission of an application does not confer any right for a seat.

ELIGIBILITY:

THE CANDIDATES WHO FULFILLED THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE ELIGIBLE:

1. Candidates should have passed MBBS from a recognized Medical College / University.

2. NEET PG - 2021 CUT OFF SCORE DETAILS: The candidates qualified in NEET PG-2021 examination with the following cutoff scores and above are eligible to apply.

Candidates should have completed the internship latest by 30-09-2021.

APPLICATIONS THROUGH ONLINE:

1. The online application forms will be available on the Website https://pg.ntruhsadmissions.com/

2. The candidates are advised to take a printout of the Prospectus / Instructions from the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in, before proceeding to fill the application form.

3. The candidate should fill the online application form available on the Website with the data required-for, through the internet. The online application form can be filled in through any computer with an internet connection (home/internet café/net center). The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to enter his/her correct data.

The procedure of filling online application form and payment of fees online.:

The fee can be paid through a Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.

a. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.

b. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully regarding eligibility under local and non-local.

c. The Registration number which will be sent to the registered mobile after entering the basic details, should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be kept confidential and should not be disclosed to others.

d. The candidates should fill - in all the correct details in the online application form and shall upload all the requisite documents.

The Registration & Processing fee including 18% GST :

1. OC & BC Candidates - ₹.7,080/- (6,000/- + 1,080/- GST 18%)

(Registration fee ₹. 3,500/- + 630/- GST 18% & Processing fee ₹.2,500/- + 450/- GST 18%).

2. For SC & ST Candidates - ₹.5,900/- (5,000/- + 900/- GST 18%

(Registration fee ₹. 3,000/- + 540/- GST 18% & Processing fee ₹.2,000/- + 360/- GST 18%).

Verification Fee: In addition to the above said Registration & Processing fee:

1. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree outside the AP/TS State shall pay ₹.3,540/- ( i.e., ₹.3,000/- + 540/- GST 18%)

2. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree in Abroad/Foreign Country shall pay ₹.8,260/- (i.e., ₹.7,000/- + 1,260/- GST 18%)

a. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking

b. The verification fee, registration fee and processing fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for admission into PG Medical courses. The application form once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee paid shall not be refunded/adjusted.

3. The candidates are advised to submit a printout of the filled-in online application form duly signed at the declaration area at the reporting college.

Tuition fee Structure:

The tuition fee structure in Private Unaided Non-Minority and Minority Colleges is as per G.O.Ms.No.56, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt.29-05.2020 and as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.10159 of 2020 and batch, dt.09-07-2020, which is read as "to permit the petitioners/students to pay fee fixed by the Regulatory authority by executing bond in the proforma prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Private Medical and Dental Colleges Managements Association within the specified time as notified by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada".

CLOSURE OF ADMISSIONS:

a. The admissions shall be closed on the date as notified by the University.

b. Any vacancy as on the date of closure of admissions shall not be filled. They will not be carried forward to the next year as per the directions of the Supreme Court of India.

DURATION OF COURSE:

The duration of the P.G. Diploma course is 2 years and the PG. The degree course is 3 years. In the case of students having a recognized two-year Post Graduate Diploma course in the same subject, the period of training for a PG Degree is 2 years including the period of examination. If the break of study is more than three months the candidate has to apply (vide Annexure-VI) to the University through the Principal/Dean of the college. The University can give permission to the candidate to complete the course within twice the years of the study of the particular course based on evidence produced by the candidate for the break of study.

Inviting online application forms and Uploading of scanned documents for Verification.

Online Application forms for admissions into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses under Competent Authority Quota seats for the academic year 2021-22 in the colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada are invited from the eligible candidates.

d. The Registration number which will be sent to the registered mobile after entering the basic details should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be kept confidential and should not be disclosed to others.

e. The candidates should fill - in all the correct details in the online application form and shall upload all the documents including the certificates which are mandatory.

f. The following Certificates are required to complete the online application process.

The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. The application fee has to be paid online.

Instructions to the candidates:-

a. The candidates are advised to download and read the Prospectus of the course and instructions for filling Online Application available in the University Website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in before filling the online Application.

b. The process of admissions into PG Medical Degree/Diploma Courses will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by NMC, New Delhi and Govt. of A.P.

c. Scrutiny of uploaded data will be conducted by the officials of the University and other officials from the concerned Departments. After scrutiny of scanned certificates, provisional merit list will be released, and then after final merit list will be released.

d. Due to Covid-19 and Pandemic conditions, the certificates verification will be conducted based on the uploaded scanned certificates. No separate notification will be given for verification of Original Certificates. The candidates claiming reservation under the PwD category are advised to watch the University website for further notifications.

e. Hence, the candidates should register and upload all the certificates without fail and verify them before submission of the online application.

f. The Online application form with the following lacunae will be rejected automatically.

No communication will be sent in this regard.

i. If any of the mandatory certificates are not uploaded.

ii. Applications with incomplete details/photo and signature.

iii. If any of the uploaded certificates are invisible/not properly uploaded. iv. If the certificates are not properly scanned due to which the eligibility criteria cannot be determined.

g. The candidate should submit the Printout of the filled-in Online application form, Provisional verification form, and all original certificates along with One set of self-attested Copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment order will be canceled without any notice. The candidates are informed not to send the printout of the application form to the University.

h. Candidates' admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position issued to him/her does not imply that his/her candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by him/her in the online application are accepted as true and correct. An in-eligible candidate obtaining a Merit position does not make him/her eligible for admission.

i. If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is Liable to be canceled and further action that deems fit will be taken. If the certificates produced by any candidate are found to be fake/false/forged at any stage of verification or admission, the University has every right to cancel the seat/admission of such candidate without any notice. In case of discrepancy in the downloaded provisional verification form, the same shall be brought to the notice of the University immediately.

j. Candidates are informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

k. Area-wise seat matrix will be displayed in the University Website for the information of the students.

l. Subsequent notifications with regard to the counseling will be notified on the University website only. Visit the University website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in regularly for subsequent notifications/instructions till the completion of the admission process.
