RGUHS releases conduct for Superspeciality Courses Supplementary Exams December 2021, all details here
Karnataka: Through a recent notification, the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has informed regarding the conduct of supplementary examinations for super-specialty (DM, M.CH) courses. The examinations are scheduled to be commenced from 04.12.2021.
As per the notice, it is informed to all the candidates that the application forms will be issued on 10.11.2021. The schedule for compliance of the institutions and students and fee structure is as follows:

The Examination Fee Structure

The University has directed some Instructions to the Candidates that are mentioned below:
1. Candidates are required to pay the convocation fee along with the examination fee.
2. The failed candidates [repeaters] need not pay the marks card fee as per circular No. REP/Exmn/M.C/4/01-02, dated 24/07/2001.
3. The fee once paid cannot be refunded or readjusted under any circumstances.
4. Change of Examination centre is not permitted.
Instructions to the Principals / Heads of the Institutions
1. Attendance:
The Principals of Colleges are required to furnish the attendance of candidates up to the last working day. There is no provision for condonation of shortage of Attendance by the Principal.
2 (A). SC/St and category I candidates are not exempted from the payment of examination fee, as per the letter of the Director of medical education. Hence these students have to pay the examination fee as per the RGUHS Notification.
2 (B). Repeaters belonging to SC/ST/Category -I of all faculties are not exempted from the payment of exam fees. They have to pay the fee like regular students as per the instructions from the government.
3. Shortage of Attendance: Fee should not be collected from ineligible candidates.
4. Forward the filled in examination application forms arranged examination-wise / batch-wise / scheme-wise .The statement showing the non-appearance of candidates in any subjects should be sent separately.
5. The filled-in Examination application forms properly signed and affixed with the latest stamp size photographs should reach the Registrar [Evaluation] on or before the specified dates, by Insured Post or Courier.
The Principals of colleges should collect the fee from each candidate and send a challan for the consolidated amount in favour of the Registrar (E), draw from any branches of State Bank of Mysore along with the statement showing the details of Names of the candidates, Register Numbers, Subject appearing and fees paid, etc., "In triplicate".
All payments shall strictly be through the online payment gateway will be accepted.
The Heads of the Institutions are requested to send the candidates list with Register Numbers and other details of subjects for which they are due to appear in two sets without fail in the format enclosed.
The Principals should send separately the statement showing fee details of Provisional Degree Certificate and Convocation Fees collected from the students who are appearing for the first time in the Final Year Examination with details such as Register Number, Name of the Candidate & amount paid through the challan drawn in favour of Registrar (Evaluation), Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
Students applying for Convocation Degree Certificate are instructed to submit the prescribed application form along with passport size photo as prescribed. The specifications of the photograph are as follows.
• Type: JPEG/JPG
• Size: 33mm X 41mm or 1.3 X 1.6 inches
• Color: Natural color so skin tone is clearly visile
• Recency: Taken in the last 6 months
• Background: Plain white and solid design
• Smile: No Smile. Only neutral expression
• Eyes: Open and looking directly at camera
• Dimensions and size (pixels): 10KB to 50KB for pixels: 130 X 160 Minimum and 1000 X 1000 maximum
• Attire, Clothing dress code: casual or professional preferred
