For this, such candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs 10 lakh for admission into the PG Diploma courses and Rs 20 lakh on admission into PG Degree courses.
The details regarding the bond were published in the prospectus released by the KNRUHS for admission into PG medical degree and diploma courses under the competent authority quota for in-service and non-service candidates for the academic year 2025-2026.
As per the candidates, the bond service conditions for the in-service and non-service candidates are as follows:
Execution of Bond:
All the candidates including In-service candidates joining into the Post Graduate degree, diploma courses shall execute bond on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as prescribed in Annexure-II to the effect that he/she shall complete the prescribed period of training or in default to pay Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) to the KNRUHS and shall refund the amount received as stipend/salary upto that date to the Government.
Bond Service Tenure for Non-Service Candidates:
The prospectus mentioned that the Postgraduates (excluding in-service candidates) shall serve the Government of Telangana, if necessary, in Government institutions for a period of one year as per the orders of the Telangana State Government.
Bond Amount for Non-Service Candidates:
A bond of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees ten lakhs only) on admission into Postgraduate Diploma course and Rs.20,00,000 (Rupees twenty lakhs only) on admission into Postgraduate Degree course shall be executed by candidates at the time of admission.
Seat Leaving Penalty:
As per the terms of the prospectus, the admitted candidates who discontinue the course after the last date for Free Exit shall have to pay penalty of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) to prevent seat blocking. They shall be debarred from participating in counselings for admission into Post Graduate Degree, Diploma courses for a period of three (3) years under KNRUHS.
"The original certificates submitted by the candidates at the time of admission to the Principal of the allotted college shall not be returned to the candidates until they complete their course of study, subject to sub-regulation 8,(ii) and 8,(iii) above," KNRUHS further mentioned in the prospectus.
